Do not work here, they make it seem like it’s such a fun culture but it ain’t. I was once on a phone call getting close to make a sell for the commission and my supervisor/manager of the floor at the time pulls me off randomly to go to my co worker and act like a manager and say there is nothing we can do to help you further. Then I get screamed at by this lady? (I may add I’ve been there 1 month at that point) Go back to my phone and the lady I had to put on hold hung up. I was super upset but stuck it out for a couple more months but it just got more and more frustrating.

I worked at Clearlink for 5 months. I’m not big on call centers, personally. But I loved my coach and the people on my team. Everyone was super kind and helpful. My last month I got to the point that I was making anywhere from $600-$800/week while only working about 25-30 hours, so the money potential here is pretty great. I was full time, but I would take time off as posted because of how I was selling.There’s definitely a learning curve, so don’t expect to make more than your $10/hr plus guaranteed commission of $2/hr for about a month or so on the phones. Once you get it down, though, you can definitely make quite a bit of money.I ended up leaving because I got a full time job in a field more closely related to what I actually like doing: audio.I really feel like Clearlink helped me grow and get out of my comfort zone.

Absolutely the most unprofessional interview process Ive ever been in. Interviewer decided to take it upon himself to scold the folks who were in the interview process for not understanding the proper steps of product selling. Glad I walked out

Do not work for this company if you have other options.1. They find every way on earth to dock you on your commission check. Even if you give the customer all the information they need.2. They dont promote based on skill they promote based on friendship. Thats why they are way under their budget goal for 2018.3. They let you know important information 2 or 3 weeks after you need to know.In the grand scheme of things the management is lazy, greedy, and they spend most of their time figuring out how dock you on your pay.!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not I repeat do not work for this company!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is amazing. So much room for growth, so much opportunity, and so laid back and welcoming. Once you leave, its hard to get back in but it is one of those companies that is worth going back to. I do and will always recommend this company to friends. Amazing.

Used to be great when I first worked there a few years ago. Now it rewards fraudulent behavior; the pay scale benefits the fraudulent agents and takes away money from the honest average worker. It is a toxic place full of high school drama. Clearlinks motto is perception is reality. Which is bulls***, its more like a popularity contest. Dont get sucked in. Theres a reason why they have such a horrible employee turnover rate and its not because its a call center.

I interviewed here a few months ago and wish I had not. The recruiters here present the position and company a unique opportunity to grow your career in an innovative environment.I found the offices to be drab and run down. The interview was for a cold call position in a lack luster professional environment.

Its a pretty good job, not bad for a call center.

I work here and its an awesome place to be at.

If you are not a Mormon dont apply. Me and several others have all applied and only the ones who say they are Mormon got the job.

Very helpful staff

Always be looking out for yourself in case you get terminated last minute due to insufficient numbers. And make sure you update your address at least a month before you do lose your job or they will send your second to last paycheck in the mail and direct deposit the last one. They will also charge you a $20 check cancelation fee if youre lucky enough to convince them to send you a new one.

They go against legal doctors orders, hope you know clear link you can get sued for that
