The store rep was late. I went shopping elsewhere. When I returned, he was on his phone and did not acknowledge me.I got his attention, he had no idea of my online order. He had to call his boss to make sure about my payment (which I had made online) gave me incorrect information about the balance/payment on my account.After I told him I have paid off my iPad and iPhone, and my bill wasnt going to be as high as he quoted, he wanted me to upgrade- I was completely annoyed by that time. So that was a hard pass.Im not happy with this experience. I was glad to be out of there.Robin Poppy Chimino
Best AT&T customer service in the West! If you are looking for someone to help you navigate the best deals and options for your AT&T service plan - you MUST GO to the Orange Mall AT&T location. Christian (the manager) was so patient and easy to get the help I needed for the past month with my iPhone trade in and service plan. I thought my AT&T experience couldn’t get any better than Christian’s excellent management service, then I was greeted by Eric and he served extra blessings to top off Christian’s service, providing the best accessory options for my IPhone 12 Pro Max. Together, they made up for all grief I got from AT&T over the years, there are still good people working for AT&T and Christian and Eric are living proof! Shop at their local store and take a friend with you! My sister and I got the best AT&T customer service anyone could ask for! Because of Christian I actually chose to renew my contract! Ask for Christian or Eric when you go there and tell them I sent you!
I went in and opened a new phone number line highest plan and bought a brand new Iphone 12 pro max the dude took 3 hours to set up the line and phone and was on phone with manager the entire time and was rude and disrespectful saying do you even have a 1000 in your bank account. Worst part is when I gave him my ID he NEVER gave it back and I had to come back in the next day to try to get it I called them and they never answered the phone.
We had an amazing experience! Walter the manager was super helpful and patient with our transfer and internet set up. He gave us the best deal possible and made sure all the discounts we qualified for were applied. I definitely recommend going to him for all your att needs! 😁

Great Location, Just got 4 lines from them. They have a promotions get 4 iPhones 11 for FREE with $35 per line and They gave me a $200 Bill Credit Per Line. I would recommend people to go there as they said they have promo until end of the month.
