Their sales manager is beyond unprofessional. Words like unethical, pushy and bossy seem to sum her up quite well. We were trying to upgrade our call center and I had my business manager take over the task while I was out of town. For some reason she didnt believe that my manager was now making the decisions on my behalf and gave her nothing but attitude. We ended up going with another company who doesnt play childish games with potential clients.

I have worked an many projects with Brad and his crew. They are very professional and I would highly recommend their service.

Much better service than the previous company we dealt with. We also now use them for our companies in Los Angeles.

Do not trust this company, get everything in writing. Lots of verbal promises, they talk big but when it comes to doing it, they fail. Also took equipment that belonged to us. Dont trust them.
