Leo, Alyssa, and Elena are the best to go to! They always take their time to make your nails the best. I couldnt imagine going anywhere other than with them! I love this salon

Ive been using them for years. They are okay. Cheaper prices than others Ive been to in my area. Nail techs are a hit or miss sometimes. Ive done my natural nails there (Elisa is great for that) and I get full acrylic sets which some do good and some are mediocre at best. My pedis typically come out fine. Did my eyebrows there once but wasnt really feeling it so havent done that again there. All in all, there are better salons but this one is less expensive and if you get a nail tech you like i suggest making appointments with them specifically.

Prices were fair. However they gave my very inexperienced, shy, timid daughter the wrong shape, AFTER i told them to give her exactly what she already had. They were apologetic and did offer to fix for free. We decided to decline because she was very upset & cried due to being scraped by the buffer machine, slightly cut and bled. Again, we are very inexperienced with nail salons and she is very sensitive.

I got my eyebrows done there and never again they messed up my eyebrows and it has no shape to it

I recommend, its well ventilated so the fumes arent a huge issue, its well protected in regards to covid precautions, and the staff is professional and polite- my tech even gave me a brief yet enjoyable hand massage after my nails were done!

Very friendly staff...clean area with plenty of parking and they offer a membership program.

I always am truly happy with my nail experience although this time he didnt listen to me and did something completely different as to what I wanted and I didnt have the time as my sister-in-law needed to get somewhere and we went together I absolutely love the color its just not what I wanted or what I asked for and he was completely reasonable to change it and I was expecting to spend way more because I was expecting to get a very nice design which it didnt happen you know next time and he was willing to be acominable. Where Im used to going I used to pay 15 for a fill so this place is top dollar but maybe its different now because of the covid Im not really sure! Imma be so pleased with their work and I am this time it was just I had asked for a completely different design and a completely different color and I said Im not spending $20 extra for this he goes no only five its gel. Well I understand that but I told you something completely different he says I take off I take off I said not today so I told you Im in a time crunch. Usually we spend hours there no problem I would have got my face waxed but I also didnt have a lot of money to spend today but I was willing to get those beautiful designs that I talked about and the real reason I am upset if I had any intention Im just getting one color I wouldnt have got something so similar as to what I got last week or two weeks ago I got a medium dark blue sparkle and this week its a medium light blue metallic so its so similar the only difference is its metallic shiny and not sparkle but its still a deep blue and with the designs I wanted the metallic shiny iridescent color that shines in the light purple that kind of went blue and green in certain lights and he just did what he wanted thats the only reason why Im frustrated I spend more here because I love everything about them theyre awesome and they do a great job I have not lost nly one nail since I started going there! I couldnt be more pleased with their work or the quality

I have always loved the nail club, the owner is so friendly and the staff are very accommodating and talented. Right now with Covid I was hesitant to re-enter salons, but I have gone twice recently and truly felt safe in there. As you walk in you’re instructed to wash your hands in the sink before touching anything and then you are walked to your seat, where you are surrounded with a plastic curtain on all sides, separating you from the nail tech working on you and all other customers. Theres a little slit at the bottom for you to stick your hands through when they work on your nails but thats it. I saw all employees wearing masks properly as well as customers and it seems like they have definitely reduced capacity. I would recommend calling ahead of coming in and asking if they have availability at the time you plan on coming in.

Very nice people, but it would not be my first choice. If you get a regular pedicure they do a lazy job. Im just being honest.

I guess this place is under new management and has changed for the worst. The owner has terrible customer service skills. 3 of my nails with gel polish chipped within 6 days of getting them done. Came to get them fixed complimentary and they expected me to pay to get them fixed the correct way. When I refused he told me hell touch it up free of charge. Unacceptable! He started to touch them up but ended up having to completely redo them anyway. He tried to soak of the polish in 60 seconds and when they didnt come off easily he went for the drill. I told him Ill wait for them to soak off and proceeded to tell me that he needed my chair and made me move. I am so disgusted with this place. I will be going back to Java Nails in North Haven. They are 5 dollars more expensive but the professionalism and cleanliness is well worth it!

Usually they do a good job of my nails but today I had a guy who did my nails and he was very rough and nasty with me and thats why I didnt tip him today, next time Im going to have to ask one of the women to do my nails because he was completely rude its like he didnt want to be there

I got my eyebrows done here and they made them WAYYYY too thin. I’m so devastated.

When I went they werent very friendly. They really dont make you feel welcome. They did however do a good job on the pedicure I had done. I am going to try them 1 more time because since going I have received a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday. In with the gift certificate is a (free) Nail Club card which allows you a free manicure after 10 visits which I was not made aware of on my first visit!

I have been going to this place for years and the quality of the nails have gone way down since they started to get more business. The last 3 times I have gotten my acrylic nails done every time they have broken on more then one finer. This third time all of them broke off! They rush through getting the nails done and make them way to thin that they break within 2 days of me getting them done! I dont believe I will be going anymore. Its shame they really did use to do a great job!

They were quite packed because of Prom season but made the time to take me in. I was very pleased with how my nails came out and how friendly they were.

My go to nail salon ! The only place that does it just how I like and want. Theyre friendly and professional. My only problem is that they dont honor scheduled appointments especially when its busy. But otherwise I absolutely love and recommend Nail Club

I’ve been going here for years and just recently, the past three gel manicures I’ve gotten have been absolutely terrible. The first two or three days they’re good but after that, they begin to completely turn brown and look disgusting! I used to be able to get 4-5 weeks out of a gel manicure and now I can’t even get one. When I, along with a bunch of other people, asked why our nails were turning brown, they said it was because of makeup. I don’t wear makeup besides mascara so it does not make any sense. It’s ridiculous and it looks disgusting. No way in hell will I pay them $25 to take this off and redo it just for it to turn brown again.

Since the previous owner left, customer service has been on a steep decline. I expect to get what I am requesting especially because Im always willing to pay for exactly what I want. I dont expect attempts to talk me out of a service. Thought the goal was to make money not talk it out the door.

Never come here if you are pressed for time! Never make an appointment because they will not honor your time! And when they are late with your appointment, they will not even acknowledge it and will not apologize for it!! Bad customer service!!! Very disappointed in the way Ive been treated here. I would not have made an appointment if I didnt need one. Annoyed beyond belief! Ive been coming here for a while, but after today, not coming back here again

Been coming here for a while now I finally gave up coming to this place honestly the guy is very rude I like to get my eyebrows done with this one girl because she’s the only one who actually does them great but everytime he sends me with someone else and let me tell you guys how I still can’t my eyebrows done because I have chunks missing!! It’s been a whole month & I still can’t get them done that’s how terrible they did also they didn’t even care about the situation to them it looked fine smh but I finally found a new place in east haven called Hannah’s nails she’s awesome does great with everything!! I leave happy everytime

I Loved this placed when they first open. Since they started to get more business they are always rushing, there quality of nails are horrible, they make them really thick. One person would start with you and then she would have another person do something else, by the time your done 3 people worked on your hands and they still look horrible. I went there once and i left that place and immediately had to go to another nail salon to fix them. There not friendly at all, please dont waste your time going there.

Ive been going to nail club since 2017 October and I went 3 weeks ago to get powder gel nails And today my middle finger the powder bail came off and when it came off it toke off my whole nail (the tip part) and now Im in very bad pain.I would not recommend getting powder gel nails Here
