This place goes by numerous business names. Very shady. I would not trust them with my dog. The front desk people do not speak english. When I called for an appointment for groupon the lady handed the phone to sum yung gi and he got snotty and rude then he hung up...Good business model here. Be rude to the customer that paid for services up front and then you get appropriate feedback and reviews. I notice a prevailing theme of denial, lack of responsibility and blaming the customer for THEIR lack of good customer service. Really? Listen people...Stand in your truth. Take responsibility for poor customer service. Must be a cultural thing to blame others for your inadequate service.

I just went there on a groupon to get my eyelashes done. Terrible job!!! They are not even and are already falling out and I just had them done today a few hours ago.

This review is only about EYELASH EXTENSIONS with Lily. I would not recommend. The only reason it is two stars is because they will match the Groupon price and 10 mins from my house. Lily should not be doing extensions until she understands she is working on living breathing people. Her handiwork is all over the place and rough. I have been getting extensions for 2 years all over Norcal and Socal. This was an experience I have never had before. First of all, wayyy too long. Well over 75 minutes. At one point I asked her if she could tell me the time and she just said No. Nothing else. Her hand placements are awkward, I never had a professional place her hands between my lips, or constricting my nostrils. She dropped lashes on my lips and did not pick them up. Eventually I picked them up and handed them to her to which she said nothing. This is not meant to get anyone in hot water just please learn to be gentle and friendly with customers.

I love John and his cuts are so amazing Ive literally never had a better hair cut and Im the kind of person to dread going to the salon because I know Im going to get a bad job done. I have curly poofy hair and he works extremely hard and get my hair DONE AMAZINGLY whoch is why even after the cut being $40 I tip $20 hes amazing! If you have anxiety about getting your hair done seriously I got a yelp account just to try and help out someone whos as axious as I was.

They are very skilled here at this place and really personable also very flexible TimeWise. I stopped going to all the chains some time ago because of this place.

Went In With Dry Brittle Hair w/ Major Split Ends and Walked Out With Gorgeous Vibrant and Lively Nicely Trimmed w/ Highlight. The Scalp Massage During Washing Was Superb....sending all my Negative Energy Down the Drain wirh the Suds.Friendly Atmoshere....Oh Yeah, and I Had Some DownTime to Watch A Couple More Episodes of Naruto with English Captions.Try This Place Out Yourself. ! Nl. :)

Maha Beauty Bride was awful... was 5 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment.... was waiting 15 minutes there and then someone comes out of the back and says I was late and have to reschedule... very unprofessional staff and manager...WOULD NEVER GO THERE
