The office manager Melisa Mojica basically called me a liar, because who ever I spoke with in February didnt document the call I made asking to cancel my Mother car insurance since she had passed on January 4th. Her words were if we have no documentation that you called, then you never called. Now they say they record all of their calls and if this is the case they should be able to go back to Februarys calls and find mine, but she refuses to do that. I have had to deal with so much since my Mother had passed away and now Melissa is making me go through it all again. I only hope Melisa Mojica doesnt have to deal with someone like herself when she loses a loved one. Karma has a way of coming back at you.
