Ive been with State Farm since 2007, and very satisfy with their services, Kevin contact me yearly to go over my insurance needs also to see if I can save money, unfortunately, last year, there was a fire at my home and State Farms representatives Kevin, Tara, and the Housing division did a wonderful job of placing my family and our doggies in pet friendly hotel suite then into a home until my property was habitable, Recently, we had the pleasure of talking to Lisette Andujar, she found us a GREAT deal after bundling our home and vehicles together, WHAT A SAVING! I had Plymouth Rock home insurance and a state farm rep told me to switch and get my deposit back they said they do it all the time and its not a problem as a first time home buyer I believed the insurance agent well 5 months later its a huge mess I wasnt supposed to get the money it was for the escrow year as a first time home buyer Im clueless and now owe 1300 asap I ended up taking to Debi Diana and she helped me out so much and worked with me I was gonna cancel state farm but because of Debi Im not she is great very helpful and works with you I cant thank her enough..

Prizyla at StateFarm was very nice to talk to, was very responsive whether it was via email and via phone. Recently switched from Geico which I have been with for 10 plus years, never been in a car accident and Prizyla was able to save me an extra 40 dollars a month.

Dealing with insurance companies is often a dreadful ordeal. They are anxious to get your business, but never there when you have an inquiry or need assistance. I can’t even count how many times I’ve switched companies. The initial process was easy enough; I provided information on my current policy, and voila…a quote appeared. I don’t ever recall a “live” person ever analyzing my needs. It has been different working Kevin Piscitelli and State Farm. Not only was I able to save money, but Kevin has a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to personally meet, explained the different options, and put me in a policy that best reflected my needs. Kevin is an expert in his field.
