Best gym Ive ever been to, the owner, Adrian, is super helpful and knows his stuff as well as his coaching staff. Super welcoming community and very clean facility. I drive by numerous other CrossFit gyms just to come here and its well worth the drive.

The location is great which is located off the highway between Jacksonville and Orange Park Florida. The coaches cater to every level of experience and new members do not be intimidated. The great coaches help you and watch you throughout your classes

I had always been intimidated by the idea of crossfit, so I was hesitant to try it out, but I am so glad I did! I stopped in during their grand opening in December and was immediately impressed. First off, the facility itself is HUGE and the equipment is top of the line. I had the opportunity to speak with the owners and coaches. Everyone was very welcoming and down to earth. They eased my worries and concerns of being a newbie/ novice to crossfit. So, I decided to give it a try.... Ive been going faithfully for over a month now and I love it! The fundamentals class really helped to give me a better understanding and importance of proper form and technique. I may not be able to clean and jerk 220lbs anytime soon, but I definitely feel stronger than I did a month ago and that feels good! :)

Nice box with great programming and fair rates.

I was visiting Jacksonville Fl, and decided to do a drop in class at CrossFit Dominus! The coaches and members treated me like Ive known them for years. What a great atmosphere and top notch programming by Brooke Haus. Amazingly ROGUE equipped box. If I lived in Jax I would definitely join this Box.

Awesome facility, and a knowlrdgable staff wow all my needs will be met here.
