Watch out! This company charges more than 100% interest. The girls that work there are extremely rude, unhelpful, have attitudes, and make anything your trying to accomplish very difficult. I paid more than double for furniture in 11 months!!!!! Stay away from them and Rooms to Go should be horsewhipped for being associated with this company.

Please be aware of bad lending practices. I purchased a sofa for 800, financed through acceptance now. The agreement was 90 days same as cash, after 90 days the amount would incur interest. My contract lease date was up 12/31/16 store wasnt open due to holiday to take payment. I contacted the corporate office to address the issue. After speaking with the manager Scott, he informed me there was nothing they could do and that an additional 800 would be added to my account balance through the contract terms. 6 consecutive on time payments of $164 later I inquired about my balance and was told it was $2600. Currently disputing this issue through small claims court but I want buyers to be aware of the fraudulent practices. Acceptance now will not provide me with a copy of the signed contract, nor send me the terms of agreement supporting the additional amount, they simply say its in the contract you signed. I would NOT use this financing company.

Bad company to do business with. I had a contract of 90 days payment same as cash now I heard I have to make 6 more payment on time. It is the worse company to do business with.
