Super friendly staff, they had everything prepared for me when I arrived to purchase my new ps5. They are hot and ready just like little Caesars. They really make you feel like a king and give it to you your way. Rae was exceptional, the store was out of the mattress set that I needed, but she was willing to offer me a new set at the same price until my brand new set came in. I love the set, Tommy was right when he recommended this brand name. He was not concerned with making a sale, but rather looking out for the best interest of the customer. Rae called me when my set arrived and sent me the information online to process the application for the sale. I did not have to keep traveling back and forth to the store. My son worked with Mike years ago and my son is the person that recommended the store for me. He spoke very highly of Mike and stated that, Mike is a honorable and respectful person. My son said that Mike would treat you right. and he did. I wanted a place with top name brand products and the ability to purchase brand new items and pay it out in the time that I was offered without incurring extremely high interest rates. I cant wait to see what I will find next. I have not been so excited about re-decorating my home in many years. The gentlemen that delivered and set up my mattress set were very respectful of my home, they greeted me and made sure all was well with me before they left. I highly recommend checking them out online and in the store, trust me you will love the experience.

I highly recommend purchasing from this establishment! I was greeted by their friendly employees. I had purchased a used washer/dryer set that had only one owner a year ago. The owner had only had it for 3 months, it was practically brand new (it was a 2018 model). I had bought both for less than $800 together, which was a snag!! They are very flexible in payment methods, whether you pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Edie was always a pleasure to do business with, along with Rae. Mike is a phenomenal manager, & very personable! Tommy was very helpful as well. Together they all created a atmosphere of excellence. The process was EXTREMELY easy! I will definitely be back in the future to buy. Wonderful job!

Absolute worse place to purchase furniture. Mike was the only pleasant person to work with at this store and he is no longer there! Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. I’ve never experienced the kind of customer service I did with Tommy. He’s the rudest and most condescending person I’ve ever encountered and the new manager isn’t that great either.

Absolutely the best customer service and professional people from the delivery drivers up to the management.. This is the only place I will go for whatever I need from Appliances to the latest Technology is electronics. They even have some great floor clearance items that I bought from them.

Great new syaff

I called this store 2 weeks ago and talked to Nicole about moving my payment date closer to when I actually get paid. She explained how it worked and said it would be adjusted. Well it wasnt, and then we were charged late fees due to her not noting the account or letting Mike, who deals with the payments know about it. So I called up to fix the issue and was greeted by Nicole talking in a condescending and extremely rude tone, being told to shut up and let her finish, before I could even get a sentence out. I have never in my life been talked to in such a way by someone at any business, especially when I was calling to try and fix an account issue. I asked to speak with Mike, who was the person I dealt with normally for payments and was screamed at I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!! and she refused to let me speak with him. Nicole does not have the people skills, professionalism, or temper to be handling such a position and I would avoid this store AT ALL COSTS! I called back later and was able to speak with Mike, who sorted out our issue professionally and quickly. We ended our business with this store based solely off the fact that Nicole is so unpleasant to deal with. Worst experience ever.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! Nicole is by far the most terrible person on the entire planet along with her so called District Manager Carlos!!! Talk about lying to customers! Worst experience I have ever had and I will make sure everyone I come in contact knows not to do business with this trashy ass store. Rude arrogant employees who dont do their job and tell me to stop harassing them when Im simply trying to get an answer about a payment because if I leave an unpaid balance thats more money that I owe them and guess whos not paying it! Run from this place. Typical rent to own scam. Wanted to pay cash for 2 chests. Woman told me it would be a good option to do 4 months same as cash and that way Id get free delivery. Sounds good. Except you have to give a social security number and give 4 references. 2 relatives and 2 professional. Im not applying for a job, Im buying furniture. When I let the lady know I wasnt going to do that she got an attitude. Ill take my cash business elsewhere.

I have been a customer of your company the past few years. I have gotten 2 laptops and one cell phone from your store on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, FL. I came into your store at 1200 on May 21st wanting to get TV. I was very disappointed and let down by the way I was treated.I entered the store and within a few minutes I can tell your Manager was flustered. The first person to come up to me was a man that treated me was very nice and attempted to help me but the manager pulled him off and had him continue to put together a couch. A young lady then attempted to help me (also very nice and helpful) and I gave her the information on the type of TV I was looking for. The Manager then came up and made a comment about getting something done for her bosses. It was made clear to my that was the utmost importance to the Manager was not helping a customer who wanted to lease an item but the task her boss gave her.The female employee told me that location did not have TVs I was looking for but was going to check other Jacksonville store to see what they had in stock. I thought she was going to call right then while I was in the store. But the manager took my number and said she was going to call other area stores. I said I want to get a TV today Instead of calling stores she just took my number down and said she would call me back. I guess doing whatever task her bosses wanted her to do was more important than a customer that wanted to lease a TV right then and there. I said to my friend; lets go to Aaron while we wait; she then threatened not to call other stores because I said that. I assured her I wanted her to call other stores because I wanted a TV. I told her at least 2 times I want you to call other stores and see what they have She then took her female to the back of the store to finish what was so important to her It is now been 2 hours and I still have not gotten a call back from her and I doubt she will. She only had to call the few other stores you have in Jax but she still has not.I find it very strange that you have a person that has used your services in the past leasing and then purchasing 3 other items and stated wanted a TV today chose to compete a task her boss asked her to complete and after 2 hrs still not reach out to that customer. I seem your company does not value paying customers.A very disappointed now former customer

Guy name Tommy keeps herasing me when I dont have there stuff. My husband and I split so its just me and my kids and he wont stop calling my phone or coming to my house. Starting to make me feel unsafe especially since I have 2 kids. He has been rude and called me names like a liar and much more.

One star what a joke!!! This place, especially the manager is a joke!! I tell them that the product that was delivered to me is broke and they try and blame me. I never touched or used it!! I tell them and make arrangements to have money taken out on the 20th, they take it out at the end of business Saturday so I cant dispute it because they are closed Sunday.I asked to speak to the manager and she never calls me back. When I was in there after I found out about the broken product, they try and blame me. Then the manager tells her employee, take him off automatic payment till we pick up the merchandise. I call later to ask whats going on and they ask for a payment. No, I asked you, plus you told me you were going to pick the stuff up. Then she tells me the manager will call me back..nope. I find out through my bank alerts that they took the money out without my permission.So I guess I can walk in their store and take $150 without their permission. Obviously not. The cops and I will be there first thing Monday morning. This is fraud and bad business. Buddys obviously does not listen to the customer and accuses without proof. This Manager needs to be fired from what I see with all the complaints. I make good money but have bad credit. I can afford their payment I just cant afford to go buy brand new furniture. So this is not a person that cant pay I am a person that believes in good customer service and treats customers with respect, even ones that might be wrong. The manager takes things too personal and does not belong in her position. I have and will be in contact with head quarters and Buddys will resolve my issue with fraud against my account. I can afford to take this piece of $h#t business on blanding in Orange Park to court and will do so just for the principal. Unless they return my money and pick up their broken merchandise.

This place is absolutely amazing Miss Nicole which is the manager and Natalie are freakibg Amazing.. They made sure they took very great care of me and my children.. They were very welcoming and made sure that i was very 😌 satisfied.. They both deserve a raise or promotion.. They were so friendly to myself as well as my children.. And really worked with me.. Great place to get furniture. I got my bedroom furniture from here and I got two TVs. Im about to get a dining room table and once I move into a house I want to furnish the rest of my house through Buddys.

If there was a place, honestly I would tell you not to go to. This place is so unprofessional there rude. Nicole the manager is bringing Buddys down, I will be writing a letter to the president ceo of Buddys. It might not get anywhere. I jave been customer over a year I spend over 600 a month in product. They have one delivery guy that is against the law ... They ask you to help . WOW POOR EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS STORE MANAGER. Natlie is actually very sweet. But she is ran by her boss. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS UNTIL SHE IS LET GO. I hope her boss is reading this because this will not go away. Than they also take money out when its not under contract. Lawyer says thats a Breech of contract. I am perfect pay never missed a payment unless its there mistake .... Please if your a owner of this Buddys look it up. Than they put an item on my account which I never picked out or even looked at. I think they think I dont look at my account. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUDDYS. The manager is disrespectful rude and is a thief she steals money from peoples credit cards she always have new staff every week who dont know what they are doing she is very unprofessional she is not willing to work with you she goes back and forth with you she hangs up in people faces she puts you on hold for minutes at a time her district manager belittles people he is not a good interviewer the store is a hot mess they sell you old furniture and electronics that wont work these two months dealing with this store and company in a whole has been bizarre I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUDDYS OR ANY STORE LOCATIONS MARK MY MY WORDS Im having the police called so that they get their stuff I made my payments and I want their stuff out my house it has been three weeks now this company is horrible! Only because u cant give a negative number! They sold me a pre owned couch with bedbugs!!!!! It was in the store with rest of furniture. It has been over a month and no resolve. The GM either quit or got fired. No pest control no nuthing. It took 3 weeks to get a loaner couch. Now all they want is there money. And I have bed bugs. Thanks Buddys!!

I bought a washer and dryer from this place and will never go back to that buddys .The manger Nichole I talk to over a month ago about my dryer shocking me and it take 2 time to dry my cloths and needless to say she told me that should would call me Monday to get this fixed and herd nothing back..Come to find out she never put it in the computer ..called 4 times and got nothing back till I talked to Jacob and everything was solved that day ...Jacob needs the GM spot ...

My first time visiting this place was on monday and is the last time Im coming here. A friend of mine referred me here with a 100 gift certificate. The manager Natalie was rude, has no real customers service skills.she keep complaining about being on a conference call, so she sent the delivery man to help us and he wasnt to sure about the information he was giving. Natalie the continue to pull the man back and fourth,she became very vulgar with him in a loud tone, slamming door and walking away from all the customers in the store...SHE NEED TO BE REMOVED...
