Got my car back with broken out rear window yes the car was totaled but the back glass was good when drop off call to ask an they knew nothen said they would check on it an never got a call back

My car had to have repairs done from a hit and run. The parts were hard to get and I waited 7 weeks before they called to tell me they had the parts and to bring my car in.They kept me updated on the progress and I got my car back in less than a week.They did a beautiful job and Wendy was very helpful and professional.This is the 3rd time we used them in 8 years. I would recommend them.

This location keep me in touch as render of the next stages on my car being repaired as promise. I would recommend having your car painted or any body work done. The employees where friendly and pleasant to speak with concerning my needs. Thanks for your services.

Cedric B. here. I got T-Boned by someone with no insurance. Damaged new wheels and smashed doors on my truck.This shop was on my insurance list of approved services.I circled the block to get a peek at their shop, along with others before I choose them. (My truck was drivable but bleeding..bad).My truck now looks and rides better than it did before the accident. Perfect body and paint work.I also explained a few issues Id noticed from driving my truck for a couple days after the accident.5 🌟 s to the technicians and front staff. The overall experience was by far the best Ive had with a maintenance need. Even gave updates when they told me they would and took care of the rental. No issues.Great work Gerber.By the way, I am a 15+ years Automated Train Tech by profession myself. This shop is on point.

Got a apology from Curtis and I’m updating 10-26-20 thanks Curtis have a blessed day. I’ve used them 5 or 6 times, I’ve have 6 times they was good and profession, but my last attempt wasn’t very good for a estimate. I scheduled a time of 12:30 pm and took off work for estimate and was told it was 12 pm and I was late and couldn’t get my bumper looked at today with 4 people just sitting around they said we need to reschedule. As I got just a little upset about a 5 minute job and picture and I’d be on my way and I’m missing work twice for sometime simple and I wanted 2 estimates. The woman got rather rude questing me getting another estimate and that they are the preferred as if I had no other choice. So I walked out with out anyone stopping or calling about issue until 30 minutes ago. My truck has already been fixed 30 days to late gerber !!! And if I get an apology I’ll update this status correctly.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! They made my vehicle look brand new and all in a day and a half! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks Gerber for being so professional and fast!

I wasnt sure what to expect because they where referred by the insurance company but since it was my very first time dealing with a situation like that I agreed to go with them and I am so glad that I did it. All staff were friendly helpful and the work was nicely done.They also text me every step between the process and I was able to have my car back in just 4 days! Loved it!

Collision tech are permanent long term pros (no fly-by-nighters here)If you want your car back ahead of schedule fixed right first time and want to do business with a shop who will do what they say when they say they will do it this is your place! Whats more they will never leave you out in the cold should you have an issue with the repairs.They will make it right and treat you more than fair.

Dropped off my vehicle early on a Wednesday morning, having made an appointment to do so to repair damage to the passenger side front door, as well as a cracked windshield on a separate claim. Called Friday to get an update. Person had not finished the estimate to send it to my insurance carrier, according to the receptionist. Estimator was supposed to call me Friday afternoon, which came and went. Called mid-Monday morning, estimate still not done, receptionist was locked out of the file so she could not give me an update.The excuse I kept hearing was that several vehicles were brought in via tow truck ahead of mine, even though I had made an appointment. They also indicated they listed the vehicle as not drive-able since the passenger rearview mirror was not there (damage was localized to the passenger side window, door and rearview). The vehicle was drive-able, and legally so.Instead of taking care of the cracked windshield while the estimator was busy with other things, they did nothing.Thus far, this company has cost me (and my insurance company) 5 days of a rental car, plus about 8 hours of my work time. In addition, Ive had to change business travel plans, not an easy feat during peak season.To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my vehicle to take it to another repair center, they did not even ask for an ID to prove it was me picking up my car.If you couldnt get the work done, why didnt you say so ahead of time?The other repair center has only had the vehicle for a few hours now (less than 3), the estimate is already done, parts ordered and work is in progress.

I came in with an issue with my car door. They were nice enough to make room for me same day since I didnt have much time off. Rick was very helpful with explaining what was going on and with assisting with getting the problem addressed I would recommend this place to my friends and family for their car needs.

If you are looking for an unprofessional and sloppy job look no further. Their inspection process is a joke. I had to go multiple times after it was supposedly ready and my vehicle was nowhere near ready. They couldnt even figure out the right tire to put on when the only thing you have to do is look at the other 3 on the vehicle. The supposed alignment they did on my vehicle was unsatisfactory it is obvious they didnt even try. Avoid at all cost!

On hold for 15 minutes then chose the option to leave a message and the voicemail said full and disconnected me. Called back, on hold another 10 minutes and then got a girl who I was clearly inconveniencing by calling. She said she had no record of me even though insurance had sent me there and they had called my husband earlier that day to confirm. She put me on and off hold for another 20 minutes just to “figure me out” and ask dumb and rude questions. In the end when I expressed frustration she said she was just the glass person and couldn’t help me because I actually needed the collision shop. Aghhh. Worst experience ever—especially when people are coming to your shop after stressful and traumatic experiences, try some humanity and customer service training! Cancelled and will be going elsewhere!

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had to put up with it’s sad that a shop cannot give you a correct day for when your vehicle will be ready was supposed to pick my truck up last week and it’s rolled into half through this week and it’s still not done completely fed up with this place would never recommend anyone to go here
