Hanania Collision was absolutely amazing! Not only did they have my large repair finished by the promised date, they kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I am super thankful for. Communication is key to great customer service and they are definitely on point! The repair they did is amazing, I was really worried about the paint match because it’s a special edition matte paint, but they matched it perfectly. The body repair is great too (my car was hit 3 days after I bought it! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️) and they made it look like it never happened! Hopefully I don’t end up in another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These people are awesome . I would send my Mom to Hanania Collision on Wells Road . I had my car fixed there and found their work to be exceptional and they are 100% honest and saved me money . On two separate occasions they openly gave me a lower bill than they originally thought once they knew the true cost of the work. I wouldnt go anywhere else, hard to find a good honest body shop . Matt treated me right and deserves 5 stars.

We needed a power window replaced and a dent taken out of the back of our van. We went to Hanania auto body shop. It took a few days for them to get the job done, but boy, what a good job they did! Our van looked brand new. They cleaned the interior and exterior and we were super happy. Their pricing was fair. They didnt gouge you.I highly recommend Hanania for any auto body work that you need to have done.

I worked with Jessica Carey. Even though the repairs took more than three months (parts delays - new truck) she kept me up to date and informed on the whole process. Vehicle looks 100% better than when it got there on a tow truck. Minor issue with paint - corrected quickly and efficiently without any hassle. I would recommend this place for repairs.

If you care about your car or truck in anyway I would never take it to this place. It’s been a little over a year and my paint is getting worse by the day minus the obvious poor quality from the day I got it back

There just aren’t enough stars to convey my appreciation to Matt Kane and his team. I took my 2020 Subaru Ascent in for hail damage. I was only able to see the dime size dents on the hood and sides of the car and a broken windshield. In just a few minutes Matt was able to show me many more dents with the naked eye. I can’t imagine how many were found under the lighting. They were in contact with me often with updates. Jessica was very friendly and helpful too. The crazy thing is...my husband bought a 2020 Ford F-250 and five weeks later a tree fell causing extensive damage. Of course, we took it to Matt and he handled all the details making it stress free for us! Thanks again Hanania Collision Center for the outstanding customer service! . I have had 2 different car repairs completed by Hanania Collision and I have had exceptional experiences both times. My Veloster was hit behind driver door by a runaway trailer wheel that had come off of a boat trailer. Damage was only about $2K but Barry Crue handled everything very professionally. Quotes were well written, submitted and paid. He was a little aggressive with the promise date but all was resolved well. Made a couple of return visits to correct very minor issues and they were corrected on the spot. Very happy with my experiences at Hanania.

Mike Towns hands down is the best and very professional! After hitting a deer in my brand new truck of 2 weeks I was so disgusted by the situation but Mike definitely made the process so much easier. The process of getting the necessary repairs was delayed for months because of the insurance company’s lack of communication and inability to send an adjuster to inspect the vehicle in a timely fashion. Mike dealt with the frustrations of the insurance agency to get the necessary monetary adjustments, which allowed the technicians to restore my vehicle to pristine condition. Had to get some minor work done on my car after getting rear ended and was not overly impressed by the work done by Hanania Collision Center. When I initially picked up my car after they said it was done, there were two pieces of dirt stuck in the paint, which they referred to as trash, and the lines on the repair didnt align with the rest of the car. They even said it looked funky when I pointed out out... Fortunately, they redid the work without additional cost, offered a free rental car, and rectified the situation, but it was frustrating to have to go back a second time, especially when the location is not convenient.In my only other experience with them I also had to go back a second time because they forgot to address a part of the repair.Id look elsewhere before going here...

Matt always goes way more than above & beyond for me. He’s super professional & friendly. Anytime I’m having issues with my car, he’s always more than willing to help, Which is why I always go back. I work with customer service, so to receive such great care means the most to me ! I can never thank him enough for the situation he quickly handled today. As I was swapping car seats from my rental to my car that was ready to be picked up, my 1 & a half year old locked himself in the car. He acted immediately & kept his cool, & with the help of other workers, they were able to open the door within minutes. So a big thank you to everyone who helped! Hanania Collision has done work on our European auto on numerous occasions. Each time has been a great experience and quality work.

Was told to not wax for while so the paint sets, but when i did it revealed over spray in 3 places, which they cant fix because i dont live there anymore. also it doesnt look the same as before the small dent.Edit: Do not use this place!!!!! After less then a year the paint is chipping. A little dent cost 3000 to fix but the results are awful. They paid another shop to fix their mistake but the Paint is two tone due to the managements decision to use a second rate paint shop to fix their mistake.

I had an issue with the st.Augustine location and spoke to Jack Hanania personally and he apologized and told me to take my vehicle to the orange park location and he would take care me. So I went in to get the estimate on the hood of my 2015 tahoe, never expecting to get taken care of so quickly. I spoke to Jennifer at the reception desk who was very friendly and professional. She sent me to Mike who was totally awesome he took wonderful care of me and my tahoe ;). I was previously told that it would take 3 days to get it sprayed and would not get a rental. Mike had it done in one day and they took care of the hood and the rental fees. I recommend this location 100%. Oh and i got a warranty on the work done! We took our 2008 Honda Accord to Hanania collision center on Monday March 9 for an estimate. We didnt have to have an appointment. We had a minor fender bender. We talked to Jennifer and then Mike gave us the estimate of $915. He said since it was self pay he would try to keep it under $900. Mike said it would take about five days to replace the front bumper. He called on Tuesday and said he could repair the bumper instead if we approved. We did. He called on Thursday and said the car was ready. The cost was $850. We went to pick it up and it looks fantastic! You cant tell its been damaged. Matt went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly. After having repair work done elsewhere, and questioning the quality of the work, I had Hanania inspect my car. He identified additional repairs, provided a rental car, and worked with the other body shop to make sure everything was fixed. All at no cost. The customer service is top notch! I went in to get an estimate on a bent door frame. Best collision place in all of Jacksonville. Friendly staff that looks after the owner and doesnt bow to the insurance companies. They do it right and dont cut corners. The staff wants to make sure you get your vehicle back as soon as possible but they want it to be safe for you and your family .

Extraordinary experience dealing with Mike at Hanania. I was so upset when I learned that after two weeks of waiting on parts in my hometown, Audi would only release the parts I needed to a certified Audi collision shop and that there are only four in the State of Florida. I began calling around and from the minute I spoke with Mike, I felt hope. In business there are many people who talk a good talk but then don’t deliver. Mike not only communicated with me every step of the way, but also met every deadline and exceeded my expectations. Everything went off without one single hiccup which is almost impossible in life and then personally drove my car back to me 3 hours away. I am so grateful to him and that there are still people and businesses out there that pride themselves in just plain being Awesome. Very Highly recommended. 🙌🏻

Brought my car to get a fender done. Although it took longer than estimated, both Matt and later Barry (because Matt was out of town) were very professional. Was hit by a car on my 4 month old F-250Took it to a ford dealer to get it fixed like new.Upon inspection the gaps were wavy and the door was twisted “it’s within tolerances”. They kept trying to half fix it so I Took it to Hanania and talked to Matt who then pointed out a bunch of sub par work. I left the truck with Matt and Barry. Two weeks later I inspected. These guys are more then happy to fix any issue you find.I didn’t have to deal with the insurance. Living in Jacksonville, it is inevitable that your car will inherit dings, dents, and scratches from other inconsiderate drivers who have a poor sense of space. When I had a minor accident that placed deep scratches on my front bumper, I decided enough was enough! I took my Hyundai to Hanania Collision Center and was given a prompt detailed estimate. I left my car at the center while I went on vacation. I was contacted twice to give me updates on my repairs. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I inspected my car to find that it was like new!
