If I could give this agency no stars I would. They are so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. I was contacted on a Friday by recruiter J Bran. The job was to start the following Tuesday. She had me submit an application on their website. I did everything that was asked of me to complete the onboard process such as setting up my profile. Monday came no response about confirming my Tuesday start date until I kept calling and emailing. That evening I get a call stating the start date of the job got pushed back another day to Wednesday. The next day came and she left me a voicemail stating the start date got pushed back once again. The start date got pushed to Monday of the following week because IT did not have my computer set up. (All signs of extreme unprofessinalism from both the job and the agency) So yesterday was Monday my supposed start date. I show at the job site. No one comes to greet me. I called J Bran multiple times no answer and finally she picks up and tells me the job got pushed back again and that her manager was supposed to reach out to me to let me know. Mind you I called the office and sent her an email Friday to double confirm since she ghosted me all week. She played with my time and money. They are deceitful, careless, and extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with these people. Worst experience ever. Report them to the BBB.

I worked with this agency for a 2 months and let me tell you this agency is unprofessional to the max never had a problem like this happened to me before in my life! They didn’t give me my 1st check till I had a month working at the same place!! An they only gave it to me because I was bugging the hell out of them! I had direct deposit with them since I first applied but they made me go pick up my check at the agency. Ridiculous people they don’t care about keeping there employees if they couldn’t pay me. Everytime I called they always left me on hold for till they hung the phone. Once I called them anout my check because once again I didn’t receive my check on Friday thru direct deposit & they hung the phone on me 4x’s in a row! Unbelievably unfair the way they were treating me and they always spoke to you with attitude even the “Manager Linda” these people aren’t a people’s person couldn’t talk to you nicely.. Honestly would not recommend working for them they might not pay you for a whole month or more!!!!!

This was the first agency that doesnt honor Direct Deposit, they took copy of my voided check and made me sign a Direct deposit form during my weeks of assignment, i communicated in person, via texted, and phone call, a month later and the assignment was finished and still no direct deposit.
