I contact this service to fill a position on April 2nd and followed up on April 7th, it is now April 22 I have not hear back from this company at all. If they cant give you professional service as a provider how can you depend on the fact they would sent you any worthwhile temps? GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Just one word of advice if you guys work for any of these agencies make sure you either get a clock in and out number or don’t ever forget to sign in or out. Especially if you are working for the Rialto agency if you don’t sign out guess what you don’t get paid even if you were there. Worst experience ever and worst agency ever

I applied for the microbiologist position and the following morning I got a call from Lupe regarding paper work that I would need to fill out for a job interview. she told my the company was looking to hire urgently so i can expect to be set up for an interview the following day on Friday or after the weekend on Monday. After driving in person to fill out my paper work i was hoping i would get a call to set up an interview the following morning. The next day on Friday i never got a call to set up an interview despite me calling them a few time throughout the week to get an interview. Instead they kept redirecting me to other staff that could not help me set up a date and time for my interview. A week later I got a call from someone at the office for warehouse work, even though on my application a stated i was interested in a position as a biological laboratory technician.

Worst agency to work for ! Worked under this agency for not even 6 months and got fired being pregnant for having appointments to the clinic supposedly Sikem from the agency said I never let them know about any of my appointments I always made sure to let her know the dates It’s not my fault she would forget 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was promised $16.50 for being in second shift my first 3 weeks I was getting paid $13 and they fixed the “accident”. All the time I worked under workforce I was paid $16 and not $16.50. I let Sikem know like 5 times and i never received what they owed me. PLUS I filed 3 reports and no solution was given to me 1st the general manager was forcing me to lift heavy boxes even though I said I wouldn’t because I’m pregnant and I wasn’t really working in that area, I worked in the office. 2nd during covid they were having meetings in the cafeteria with over 50 people the whole warehouse would be in the cafetería some wouldn’t even wear mask. 3rd the general manager’s assistant or whatever his position was would have inappropriate conversations he would talk so poorly about gay people, SUPER homophobic and same, NO SOLUTION. BAD HR, BAD AGENCY AND SADLY BAD COMPANY I WORKED FOR.

Looked up locations turns out it’s not there anymore called said they would help that they would call back in 10 minutes this happened around 3pm on Monday never heard a response back so I had to drive to the San Bernardino location around 3:30 in all the traffic from the 10 freeway I don’t understand why they are like this do they see all the bad reviews so they don’t bother to even try to help and be friendly

VERY VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND GOT ME A JOB THE SAME DAY WITH GREAT PAY AND HOURS...BEATS ALL THE OTHER STAFFING SERVICES....THERE HONEST AND VERY FAST ON GETTING ANYONE TO WORK...THANK YOU TO LUZ POSADA FOR MAKE IT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FOR GETTING ME A GREAT JOB....YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST....

Horrible Agency and VERY prejudice, there are Elegall Imagrants there who gets paid under the table, Bad Quality in work ethics, THEY CUT out your Hard Working Paid Hours!! ..
