The only thing good about this company is the pay. The people at the desk Dayta or whatever her name is she is a horrible person to talk to. Her communication skills is horrible and rude. She had me driving around wasting my gas for nothing just to go to the office. I wouldn’t recommend NO OME working for them at all nor I wouldn’t send you there...

I had a great experience from the day I applied with this staffing agency. The staff (Dayda and Liz) are super nice, funny, supportive and welcoming and they help you find a job thata best for you.. The rest is for you to do a great job to continue to work there. I been with this company for a short time and I plan to stay for as long as I could. I definitely recommend First Rate to my friends and family. When someone is looking for a job I mention First Rate.

Worked at 3 different job sites through first rate; Ingram Micro, Steinmart, and distribution Alternatives.. all 3 jobs were pretty crappy and ghetto to say the least, especially Steinmart - which is by far the worse warehouse Ive ever seen to this day.. no one speaks English at Distribution Alternatives.. and Ingram Micro likes to over work you and blame you for things you didnt do as well as cheat you out of your pay.. however the ladies in the office at first rate are all very nice and try hard to get you placed into a job.. but first rate would be a lot better of an agency if they had better clients to work for and offered direct deposit to their employees

Worst staffing agency Ive ever been to!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Dont waste your time here!! They short you on your checks,poor attitudes,always on their phones on snapchat or i.g while at work,always talking about people and their personal business like its theirs to discuss,but get asked a simple question,all of a sudden they dont know diddly squat and act like your the one whos wrong,smh..

Never pay on time ang always have to wait till 5pm to get a pay check dont waste your time

Poor, they ended my assignment without any warning, they hire a lot of people and they just end their assignments without any advancements.
