I highly recommend this shop to do your repairs or regular maintenance at! I was involved in a collision and this repair shop was recommended by the insurance company. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Kyle. He was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Kyle, as well as all the other office staff, was very professional during all our conversations. He brought to my attention a couple of wiring issues that they had during the repair process which were promptly identified by myself due to LED conversion and the problems were solved without any out of pocket cost to me. He was also able to get the aftermarket hood deflector replaced as it was not initially covered by the other partys insurance. Overall I am completely satisfied with the repairs that were done on my vehicle and will very likely return to Arts Service in the future. Thank you Kyle and Staff!!

My husband and I were on Hwy 95 S heading home to California, when we hit a deer on the road. The Sheriff called a tow for us since my Insurance company was unable to contact one. The young man was there within 30 minutes of the call. He was kind enough to take us to the nearest motel where we spent a few nights since this was on a Saturday and the body shop was not open. We went to the Body shop on Monday and the person behind the counter, was so nice and gave us the key to our car so we can take things out of the car to take home. Eric is the man who has been taking all my phone calls and answering all my questions regarding the car. I cannot express how Blessed I feel that the Lord put Eric as the contact person, his professionalism, politeness, patience and mannerism is what everyone would love to encounter after such an ordeal.

I was headed from Northern Washington to Southern Idaho, and one of my tires blew on the pass around 1am. They had me picked up within an hour of calling them, and took me to a safe location so I could wait for a new tire. I forgot to ask for my drivers name, but he was super friendly, safe, and professional, and he did his job with a smile, despite the early hour and the cold.

Hit a deer about 70 miles West of Ontario, after calling around I chose Arts for the tow. Eric arrived on time with a smile and excellent customer service. He made the long tow comfortable and easy. I will definitely be calling Arts if I ever need a tow in the Ontario/Snake River area again. Thanks so much Eric, you are the man!

THESE GUYS ARE ANGELS! We got in an accident during a road trip. They towed us out of the ditch and then stayed an extra hour after they closed to get my car patched up so we could continue on our way. I would recommend them to anyone. It was refreshing to meet such honest and good people.

5 stars doesnt do these guys justice. They deserve 10.This is the review I needed to write years ago, but never did.Back in 2010 we hit some ice while moving to Idaho for college. After speaking with our insurance company, we chose Arts Service to come tow and repair our 4Runner. We were several miles out of town and someone showed up with a smile on his face within an hours time. After towing our rig into town they let us unload as much as we could and shove it into my moms van. They showed us around the shop a little bit and reassured us that everything would be okay. The damage was pretty extensive and took a couple weeks to repair.Heres where it gets amazing. Once our vehicles repairs were complete, they towed it to Boise since we had no way to get to Ontario to pick up the vehicle. They did this FREE OF CHARGE (darn straight I tipped these guys every penny my poor college student self could afford). My husband and I drove safely all the way back to Rexburg that day in my 4Runner that looked even better than before the accident. The hood wasnt damaged but they painted it anyway. These guys are guardian angels. I wish everyone had the integrity these guys do.Our 4Runner was just deemed a total loss after the hail storm in San Antonio and I am absolutely devastated. Shes my baby, my dream car, and the guys at Arts Service completely understand what that means. They respect you, your vehicle, and everything your vehicle means to you. I may be losing my 4Runner, but I didnt lose it that day, and I definitely wont ever lose the memory of the kindness shown to us by the employees at Arts.Keep up the GREAT work guys!
