Also, Connie takes such great care of my mother-in-law with Alzheimers when she goes in once a week to get her hair done because she is no longer able.

Went in yesterday for a trim because the ends of my hair looked awful- this is a routine thing for me. Connie cut my hair. I wanted an inch taken off. She took an inch off, and now it being a day later I see that my ends still look uneven and sloppy. My hair is shaped now n the nost bizarre way. I called back to ask for it to be fixed, or for my money back. Connie who was on the phone said Money back?! You wanted an inch off!!! I said yes I did but I still wanted my hair to look nice, which it does not. She kept repeating to me that I wanted an inch off instead of trying to help me, so I hung up. Great customer service right, LOL! Im going to have to spend 50 dollars at Ulta now for a repair job, but at least I know I will get a more professional service there and my moneys worth. And I highly doubt the girls at Ulta will argue with me!! Hair is important, I regret going to The Trail.
