I had a very pleasant experience. My stylist was friendly talkative and listen to what I wanted. She offered good advice and had me in and out in no time. I really enjoyed my time there.

The girls that usually do my hair are no longer there and they are severely understaffed. However, Nicole did my hair and she was pleasant and did a nice job on my hair.

I went there in an act of desperation after my hairstylist canceled due to illness. I was traveling and needed my hair done that day. Needless to say my desperation turned into a cry for help after that appointment. After Zoey claimed she had no problem matching my root color, she colored it 2 shades too dark. I thought to myself fine I’ll live with it till I see my hairstylist to fix. And then I made the mistake of asking for a trim. I had never seen anyone butcher a simple trim job like this before. I have curly hair and she cut the front so short you’d think I asked for bangs. Imagine what happens when that curls. It took 2 appointments and a lot of dollars later in a fancy CA salon to fix the damage. Don’t let that Zoey girl anywhere near you hair. At least not with a pair of scissors. But I guess you get what you pay for. I am saving you learning the hard way with this review :(.

My bf has had his hair jacked up twice by this place. Its a pretty simple cut, yet their stylists cant manage to get it. Again, he will pay for a second haircut and this time, he will not be returning. If you dont know how to cut hair, you should NOT be working in a salon! Who hires these people?! Are they not tested on the skills and knowledge it takes to do this job? Get better!

I called at 4:45 to see if my daughter needed an appointment and was told to come right over which we did. We arrived, sat down and waiting about 15 minutes for someone to finish with their client. There were two stylists working who were both wearing a mask and one client who wasn’t. As one client left, another person came in and sat down. The stylist said, “I’ll be right with you” and continued to cut the hair of the woman who walked in moments earlier! I immediately called Super Cuts in the nearby plaza who could get my daughter in with no wait. I told the girl at Cost Cutters we were leaving and won’t be returning! We walked in to Super Cuts and she was seated immediately! We will not be returning to Cost Cutters!

I am so disappointed with hair low lights and haircut, previous with Danielle always wonderful experience so i entrusted all, I chose swatch i was told was too light i agreed and we decided a darker color at finished product my hair looked same as i walked in a line cut is now a bob. I did state i cant see low lites and was told well you were told it was too light. Really !? No we decided darker i paid the $86 charge veey upset left tip and left

Megan is that hairdresser Ur always hoping to find (and rarely do). She LISTENS!!! U don`t come out with more taken off than U wanted, as has happened everywhere else all my life. U get her undivided attention and professionalism. She brightened my days. :)

I was met by a very nice young lady her name is Alexa and we are friends for life.She took time with me an really listened to me . She dyed an highlighted my hair. She explained every process an was knowledgeable about her craft . I left feeling like a new me an its what I needed. Thanks Alexa

The atmosphere in this place is off the chart, the stylists are more than great at their jobs and the pricing is unmatched. I have a difficult color scheme and Alexa never disappoints, shes phenomenal at what she does.. 5 stars isnt nearly enough!! Ill never go elsewhere.

I had surgery a few months back and the changes to my hair from the surgery had me concerned about thinning. Sarah cut my hair in a style that allowed my hair to look fuller and not so thinning. Shes also gave me some recommendations on taking vitamins that will strengthen my hair and set me up with a new shampoo & conditioner thats working fantastically. I can say with confidence that in a short time, my hair will be as strong and full as it was pre-surgery and Im so pleased with her service.

Brought my granddaughter and grandsons for haircuts here often. The young lady that did my granddaughters hair last time wrote down on a card what she did because we liked it so much and she used 3 different size blades with the electric razor it was a very cute stylish haircut and the stylist was so pleasant and accommodating.This time that young lady was not there so I gave the girl the card she didn’t even look at it and just said I know what to do handed the card back to me I said oh ok and thought to myself holy cow she read that fast hope she remembers what to do, I proceeded to take my 4 yr old grandson to the restroom and when I came back she had the back and sides pretty much done I was so dissatisfied because it was nothing like what the previous stylist had done at all and the top was a little longer but no style to it at all!!!!! I am so very disappointed 😔 and upset she gave her a boys haircut thank god her hair grows fast but I know she is going to be made fun of. I should have known right from the get go because she was too cocky and did not read the card just went ahead thinking she knew it all and did what she wanted to. Well Needless to say I will not go back there ever again I have 4 grandchildren in the area that I took there but no more!!! I didn’t say anything even gave her a tip that she did not deserve I took the high road but I won’t go back and will not recommend them.

My gram got her hair cut and payed 49.99 for thi gs that could have been rone at home for free they never told her it was going to cost her anything and got her to buy shampoo that she could have got off amizon 10 times cheper

If I could give this negative stars I would. The girl that cut my hair was Sarah B. and she was just miserable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it horribly. Never let that Sarah B. anywhere near you. Wretched. Cost Cutters overall is a very nice place to go - I have always had great experiences until Sarah.
