Great Team. We were traveling on a Sunday on I90 in northern NY when our tire blew out. With in 5 minutes Kinney Kar Kare was passing by an pulled over to check the situation. We had another tow truck within 20 minutes. Not only were the friendly and polite the went the extra mile of giving us a ride to a hotel! They managed to get our tire and back on the road the next day. ! Can’t say enough nice things about them!

Our car stopped during our travels back from turning stone and we had no idea what was going on. We called and they sent people straight away . The guy was super nice got us in the truck to warm us up and took us to their shop . We ended up having a small problem and they took care of it in under 30 minutes and got us going. They didn’t over charge and made you feel welcomed. Amazing experience all the way around.P.S : they have dogs which made it even better 😊

I was traveling on the NYS thurway to Rochester when the lug bolts on my tire snapped off. The Kinneys tow guy showed up under 30 min. He towed me about 25 miles or so I could get picked up. I forgot his name but he was a very nice guy and did a great job. They worked on my car and had it fixed 2 days later. I drove it for 2 hours back to Rochester and it was great. Couldnt have asked for better service in a tough situation. Highly recommend!!

I had a breakdown on the thruway on my way to Buffalo and Kinneys was dispatched to tow me. Im not from the area, so I had them take me to their shop. They got to work on my car immediately and had me back on the road in an hour. I paid nothing for the tow since Im a AAA member and the price for the repair was reasonable ($90 to fix a busted brake line). Service was friendly and professional. Would go there again if I lived in the area.

Absolutely disgusting service our family vehicle breaks down in the middle of the night when we are 50 miles from home & used him to tow us 1 1/2 miles just to get our car somewhere safer and were charged the maximum amount! No compassion or manners what so ever! Not to mention that they are THIEVES!! My iPod and dock were missing after. Worst night of my life DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just looking to save others from the hellish nightmare me n my family head to experience.

$100 dollars just to hook up, than $60 to tow 10 miles max. Are you kidding me???? Don’t call this company for a tow, unless you like paying too dam much for a tow. Ridiculous!!!!!
