Do Not Come Here! Unless you want your nails to look like a joke. This place is seriously so bad I haven’t even had my nails for 3 days yet and the nail came off when I was pulling my pants up. Not only that but they rushed and barely even did a decent job on my nails to begin with and I have two nails that are completely crooked. They didn’t even do a decent job shaping or filing the nail along with the fact that I was apart of a bridal reservation. They kept accepting walk ins and skipping over us making us all late to the rehearsal dinner. Then they refused to shorten the length of the brides nails and hers were also crooked. Lack of experience or maybe they just don’t care. My daughter the flower girl also got her nails done and they charged her grandma 70$ when it was only supposed to be 48$ and I was unaware of this because I was still getting my manicure that was complete garbage. Waste of money and won’t be coming back. My daughters nails that were gel didn’t even last 8 hours before it completely fell off. Don’t waste your money it may look like it’s pretty on the inside but the workers don’t know what they are doing!

Absolutely horrible, do NOT come here. I made an appointment for 2:30 for myself and two friends, I had to wait 40 mins to be helped despite having an appointment. The women who did my nails was very rude and aggressive. My nails are now all lumpy and are poorly done. My friends are also not satisfied with how their nails look, and everything was very rushed. Overall terrible experience.

Friendly staff. But quality wasnt what youd expect. We purchasedanicures and spa pedicures for a friends birthday. Her nails looked great, mind looked smudged, uneven and had splotches.

Calvin made my experience memorable. Nice conversation, great service, no wait and so many options for pampering myself. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars easily.

Don’t come here, the entire time he was rushing and being very rough with my hands. at one point he threw the nail file on the table, i haven’t even had my nails for 5 hours and the pant is already coming off!!!! ridiculous!!

Hands down my worst nail salon experience. I had a very unusual experience of my pedicurist burning my feet with the water, kept hitting my feet when I was slow to her directions. She was being very rude and never told me about the $10 upcharge for taking gel polish off My nails. The prices are also outrageous for this poor of service or of service period. To add to it she had me leave before my nails were dry and I asked her if she was positive they were dry and she said yes and sure enough they were smugged within an hour. Dont go there.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be serviced.Was there for almost 3 hours total the first time I went. I waiting about 45 mins even though I already had an appointment made. My nails looked good so I went back for a fill. Waited almost 40 mins again and said screw it and walked out. They say “yes” to every single customer that walks in, even though they technically have no openings. It doesn’t matter if you book an appointment beforehand. I wouldn’t bother with them. Not professional or organized.

I got a pedi and a fill on my nails. John was very nice and got me out in time to get to work. These are almost a week old.

Called to ask if I could get a polish change done right away within 5 minutes and she said yes. I entered and I was told to pick out a color and I did and then I was told to sit done and wait. I mentioned that I called and I was told I could get in right away with no wait. He said no you need to have a seat. I left and will NEVER GO BACK, and after seeing ALL THE BAD REVIEWS Im very glad I didnt have any service done!!!

First time and last time ever setting foot in there. I thought I’d try it and had a reservation and was 20 minutes late. Pedicure was horrible. Older lady cut a chunk of skin off the side of my big toe, it bled and she didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize for it. My toe has been in pain ever since and it has been 6 days since I had it done. It especially hurts when sleeping at night. Just hoping it’s not infected or end up having to see a doctor because of it. French manicure I also had done was sloppy, white part of nail polish doesn’t even completely wrap around my nails and no cuticle treatment was even done as all of them look flaky and dried out. Does not look professional at all. Needless to say I paid a lot of money for horrible services and would never go back again.

The last two times I came here, they were rushed and did a horrible job! The polish was lumpy, the topcoat wasnt on the entire nail, and it was a thick glob in other parts. The man working charged me for a polish change the first time to fix THEIR poor service. Im not sure what they will say this time, but I doubt they will improve their shoddy work. I will be going elsewhere in the future, and so should you. Your money is better spent on local salons that care about providing a quality service. This salon is all about getting you in and out as quickly as possible.

Did the diva pedicure. While they did great on mine, my husband came with for a pedicure without polish and they skipped steps and rushed his. Disappointed in his service but impressed with mine.

Earlier this week, I chose to come to Legends since it was highly recommended with good reviews. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish. The following day after my appointment, I noticed one of my fingers was swollen, red, and painful to touch. Today, I called the salon and asked to be seen for this issue since I did not do anything to my nails since I had gotten them done. When I went in a gentleman looked at my nails and stated that it was an allergic reaction that occured; however my other fingers/nails did not have the same reaction and were fine. After explaining this to him, he sternly told me there was nothing he could do, but remove the nail. After the attitude I was given, I left the salon highly frustrated. I went to another salon where they were horrified how my finger looked and advised me to seek medical attention. I went to my local clinic to find out I have an infection in my finger, strongly correlated from getting my nails done two days prior. After the lack of concern of my issue, attitude given, and overall professionalism, I will not be returning to this salon or recommending to other customers.  Highly disappointed with my overall experience.

Very clean and nice. I recommend Vi and John for acrylics. Only bad experience was a guy named Ron. None of my nails were straight & they were all bumpy. Then when I got a pedicure from him he didn’t trim my toenails at all. Very rushed. Still giving this place 5 stars because I’ve been going to them for a while. Just know how to stay away from now.

Had a mani pedi done here. Pedicure was done very well and I felt very comfortable with the staff, however I was passed off to someone else for a manicure and I was not impressed with how she did. Was overly aggressive with the dremel tool and afterwords my nails were white and splotcy from it.

This place makes you feel valued. I can definitely tell they appreciate the business they get and that they want to provide a quality experience for everyone. I got a full set of acrylics put on and a pedicure 6 days ago, and I do not have any complaints this far. I had Tom doing my mani/pedi. I also think that their prices are very reasonable.

Do not go here it is terrible. The place it’s self looks very clean and professional but the services are terrible. When I went to go get my nails done for prom the fake nail was not even on the tip of my nail and the acrylic was poorly done where I had to go home and cut acrylic if from under number my nails. The nails were not even straight on Mubarak fingers. Some of them were more rounded then others And the design was not very straight even though I asked the nail tech if he could do it and he said he could. That wouldn’t have made me give it one star but I went back in to get them remove to give them a second chance and when they guy started to remove them he cut a corner of it off and proceeded to shove a fake nail in between my real nail and the acrylic. It hurt so bad and he made me bleed several times. DONT GO HERE. save your money and go somewhere else.

Clean environment with nice staff. I like that they offer basically a menu when getting the pedicure so you know what youre paying for.

Very clean and comfortable and it doesnt stink! I highly recommend this place over others. My wife has been getting her nails done for years and for years I have dreaded nail day....NOT ANYMORE! I even got a manicure and Ill be back for another!

Not a fan, guy did my nails in less than 30 min, felt rushed, and he kept pulling my hand when finishing the other, I was not happy with the service. asked for almond and kept out with uneven shaped nails, shouldve have kept my natural long nails and gone to sally store for some polish. will never stop here again.

I got a set of acrylics and while she was doing them they keep falling off.. finally she was finished and four days later they all started falling off, so we went back to have them fixed and they tried lying and saying the didnt do my nails. Overall it was a terrible experience:/

By far the absolute best nail salon in onalaska/ la crosse area. Super friendly and Bill took his time to perfect my nails, they close at 7:30 and he stayed up past 8 to finish my nails with care. Ill always come to this place. Prices are also very good for the quality you receive.
