I wanted acrylics put on for my daughters wedding. I started with one lady, ended up switching seats with my daughter, and James started doing my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (ombre french tips). He seemed very rushed and chaotic. When he saw the color I chose, he yelled for his daughter to bring him a different color and said my color wouldnt look good (it was a natural looking neutral shade). I asked him to cut the tips shorter, but he said he would just file them down. Then he abruptly got up and switched places with Kathy and she started doing my nails. I asked again for the original color I chose, and she agreed to use that. I was very confused at what and who was doing what. James seemed to yell alot to direct his workers. It was all so chaotic. After Kathy started doing the air-brushing on my nails, James took over and painted so much white on my nails, that they looked almost all white. My acrylics ended up thick, weirdly shaped, and almost all white. The underside was speckled with airbrush paint and was not clean looking at all. I always thought a manicure included soaking, a hand massage, and maybe some cuticle oil and trimming. I got NONE of that! I was beyond disappointed with the service and the way my nails looked. I did pay full price with a decent tip, but, I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to my friends.

James and Kathy are simply the best! I have never left unsatisfied with any of their work. The environment is clean and put together very nicely. They both know how to make you laugh too! They make you feel invited and always make sure they know what you want out of your nail service! You won’t be disappointed :)

I am always greeted with a warm welcome here. The salon is so clean and James and Kathy do THE BEST work!! I was so sick of going to nail salons where I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes... Ive been with James and Kathy for 2 years now and will never go anywhere else. They pride themselves on doing good work and that their clients get what they pay for. Theyre super fun and good hearted. Always a good laugh every visit and always amazing nails and toes when I leave. Make the switch to these guys, you wont regret it!

J&K Nails is the best! James has been doing my nails for many years and I wont go to anyone else. I am always completely satisfied and Kathy does great designs too! They are a great team ! Bottom line is, there is no one better. Plus, NO up-selling and the prices are better than most other places in town (so I have heard)!
