My experience with FSBOHomes was absolutely amazing. Ted answered my emails and questions within the same hour I messaged him. My house sold literally within 10 minutes. They took incredible pictures, a video walkthrough, arranged the appraisal and inspection and my home closed in less than 30 days. I had the best experience and would highly recommend to anyone trying to sell their home!

The people here are very nice but everything they do is not anything you cant do on your own. Hire a professional to take pictures of your house and get some open house signs from any big box store along with maybe boosting a post on Facebook and you already have done 95% of what they do and it will cost you maybe $250. The biggest thing is to get your house listed on Zillow. Every single person that came to see our house found us on Zillow. I guess the best thing I learned from all of this would be that if you want to sell your house Zillow is the place to do it. The 360 walk thru is nice and it helps that people can do a virtual tour but again you can hire a photographer and put in on Zillow and not spend thousands of dollars. Also. over half the people that looked at our house had a realtor so dont buy the line that most of the buyers they will bring you wont have an agent. The last thing I will say is that when we finally did sell our house and stopped pushing the sale ourselves we never received any phone calls, not one single phone call, and FSBO didnt even realize the house sold until several months later. They claim to be super involved but literally had no idea that we sold our house for months after we closed. Again, everything they do (except list your house on the FSBO website) can be done by you. Dont hire FSBO and dont hire a realtor, just get your house on Zillow!
