We were so lucky to get Tonya Allen as our agent! She was amazing at answering any questions me and my husband had. Since we were first time home buyers, she walked us through everything and made sure we understood all the paperwork. She was personable and very fun to talk to. My husband works night shift so Tonya worked around our schedule and was almost always available. She made a difficult and stressful time easier!

I will never use them again. My real estate agent was rude and transaction oriented. When reviewing offers he pressured me to take my first offer. When I said I was going to dicuss with a friend of mine (who is a real estate developer and rents 10 homes/1 commercial building) he said “you are probably going to ask your friend what you should do. Well guess what- your friend probably has not sold 92 houses this year”.How arrogant and unprofessional.I ended up discussing and counter offering. I sold the house for a few thousand more than the first offer.I felt that this company is unprofessional and has rude employees. I would avoid.

Buying a home is stressful. Even more stressful in a fast moving and competitive housing market like the one here in the Omaha area. I was so lucky to be given Katie Days card from a friend. Although I am not new to buying a home, it is not possible to know everything when you relocate often. She was willing to work with me on a tight schedule, was reasonable about what she brought me, and truly listened to what I wanted.That’s all fantastic qualities to have in a realtor, but what made her stand out was closing. We had some hiccups and problems on the sellers end at closing. Katie went out of her way, and even into her own pockets, to make it right for us. This group also let us use their moving truck free of charge, and saved us so much money. She continues to keep a relationship with us as clients, and sends cards to my family regularly.This is the kind of real estate agent and group you want to back you. The kind that always stands up for you, and cares about you even after they get their commission. I do recommend Katie and the group she works with. I don’t think you can do better.
