I am an independent contractor working out of this office. The staff and broker office management at this location area outstanding. The best office in the city to work with in my opinion!

The rent amount where I live is reasonable, but whats not reasonable is that I and everyone else who lives in the complex have to pay multiple Fees on top of Rent. Theres RUBS, The fee to use the RUBS calculations, and Renters Insurance that does not cover our belongings but the building if It floods, Fire, ect. So, all together, if your on a budget, this company is not right for you to rent from. You are guaranteed to pay an extra on Top of the listed Rent amount. Plus, they add fees during your lease agreement and not tell you about it. They also dont hire great roofers either. The most recent roofing job done by White Castle roofing broke my (was) neighbors satellite DISH and never reimbursed her for the damages. White Castle roofing also left a lot of nails scattered in the parking lot causing a lot of my neighbors tires to go flat and they received no reimbursement for that either. Cars were towed from the lot at one point cause the NP Dodge staff did not give parking stickers to the new tenants. NP Dodge refused to pay for the towing fees. So please, please, please be careful. I did not choose to live under NP Dodge, NP Dodge bought the property while I was a first year renter at midway during my lease with the previous owner. Good luck all during your future endeavors! Called to get info on a property, agent never bothered to call back. Called back again a day later and was just going to get pushed off to the same guy who cant bother to answer his phone. Good luck leaving your property thats been sitting for months. Thats why its sitting.

My family and I lived in apartments owned by np dodge and mold was an issue and causing health problems for my children and I. No one every fixed it or did anything to take care of it. When I called corporate there was very little care. I prayed for God to bless me with a clean home and he answered my prayer. Be careful who you rent from or live in or on their property.

NP I never had a problem with. It was my property manager that made things difficult. When I moved in I told my property manager Rita Rickman that I had seen roaches in the hallway & she assured me she would send someone out to spray. It took 2 weeks before annoying came out. A month later I told her the same thing & told her I saw them in the basement where the laundry area was. I even took photos of them and showed her. This time pest control came out after a week. Eventually I didnt see any more bugs. After my year lease was up, I went month to month. Mid February Rita tells me that they arent going to renew my month to month contract & gave me 30 day notice. A week later I inform Rita that I found a place before the 30th and will be moving out on the 1st. Rita told me that it was fine and she would give me till the 3rd at 5pm to turn the keys in so I could clean and she wouldnt charge me a prorated fee. On the 29th (February) she called me asking me for the keys. She told me that she needed the apartment on the first because she had an emergency living situation come up and now needed them on the first. I told her that wasnt possible because I told her prior that I was gonna move out on the first then planned to come back the next day and clean. She agreed but rushed me clean the apartment the same day I moved out. On the first I moved out and the next day I came back to clean it around 3pm and someone had already moved in to the apartment. I didnt realize that until I had stuck my key I and began to walk in. I was very upset because I kept my apartment up nice and was looking forward to a lot of my deposit back but she didnt hold up her end and allow me to clean the place. During my stay any time I called in a matience issue they drug their feet with it. My sink was clogged for almost a week because of the garbage disposal causing me to not be able to do dishes or cook dinner. I mostly likely will not return to NP dodge because if thats how they are training their employees then I dont want any parts.
