The location on Lincoln Rd doesn’t actually exist. Don’t waste your time driving there. You’ll need to go to the one off 370 if you’re coming from Bellevue.
Internet modem kept cutting in and out so I called Cox. They said they would have to send a tech out. I specifically asked if I would be charged. She said no because it’s a problem with the equipment, not anything I did. Today noticed a $100 charge for a tech coming out. Called Cox and they will not remove the fee. If you like getting lied to and getting a bait and switch use Cox.
Terrible they took advantage of my mother in-law, in order or fit their quota. We already called today to set it straight. And best believe we will be there as soon as the open today in person to call out this individual and make a complaint toward management. It’s their job to try to upswell, BUT it’s unethical to unknowingly sign a customer up for services in hopes that they won’t notice.If the employee doesn’t get written up or fired then it’s obvious that this company doesn’t care and who know HOW LONG HE HAS BEEN SCAMMING PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Wow! The customer service in this place was off the charts! They were so wonderful, they even held open the door for us while going in & out. Answered every question I had & offered smiles all around. I was a bit Leary after reading the other reviews, but let’s be honest, usually people only leave reviews when they’re unhappy. I loved this place!!!
Incredible service. Top notch. After spending close to 3 hours total with Coxs phone support, I was about to cancel and try to find another provider. 15 minutes and a call to Mani down at this store, my problems were solved 100%. I whole-heartedly recommend that you use local stores like this instead of Coxs corporate nonsense. Give Mani a raise.

Went to see if our bill could get lower since they decide to remove channels,but yet get charged the same. Have always receive good customer service,but today we were helped by the manager, Mayra. Very rude and was not willing to do anything to help regarding our account. We stated that the person that helped us was very helpful and even gave a discount and all. Her response wasthats why he is no longer here. Very rude, especially if your in customer service, she needs to look for another job.

Do NOT go to this store. Called Cox and they told me they would switch out a modem free of charge to a new modem with the latest firmware all I had to do was go to my nearest Cox store. I go in and they wouldn’t do it. Talked to the manager (a girl) she refused and tried to charge me. Called Cox back and they said she should have swopped it out for me. Horrible Customer Service. I will never go back here. Staff is also rude. Cox sent a modem to a new store that I will be picking up later this week FREE of charge. If you want to get robbed, go to the L st location. There internet service is good, however, they are also the only provider in our area with good service due to this there customer service is absolute trash. One agent may say one thing, and another will say another. And even if you have something in writing they will not honor their word. Instead they will do whatever ends up making your bill as high as possible.
Can i just say how amazing this location was today. I went in to get an extra mini box, signed in to see about 7 people ahead of me. I thought to myself this gonna take forever. was In and out in 10 minutes!! they were speedy and polite and I will absolutely be coming back!!
The employees are trained to lie to get people to pay their bills then they say the guarantee they gave you dosent cover hidden costs and fees. Deceptive business.

The one star isnt for Cox itself, but for the employee and manager i talked to when i walked in to get wifi. Im in the barracks on base, and i had no other choice other than to show up in uniform (which isnt my preference, for cases like this). I talked to many other airmen on what theyre paying and saw prices online, but 1st the employee said no the cheapest was over $100 for the slowest internet, when i know for a fact its well under $40. And the manager came out to tell me the prices online are false, this is our price. I walked out, went to the other Cox store another day in regular clothes more north and they were much more pleasant to work with, and matched the internet plan i saw online. I dont write reviews for things but this just seemed very disrespectful, uniform or not.
On April 29, 2019 I attempted to access services for which I had prepaid through May 7, 2019. I was informed that I no longer had those services, when I investigated, I was told that the changes to my services, including an increase in price, had been performed by one of the companys employees on April 26, 2019 after I had called in to authorize the changes. I never made any such call. No changes or rate increase was authorized by me and when I pointed this out the company informed me that the only way they would return me to the level of services I had before their employee made these unauthorized changes would be if I agreed to a 13% rate increase.
The people are friendly and helpful, but my new Cox Cable mini box is still not working. Lady on phone says one thing, Solutions Store people say another, and my cable box still does not work.About to call Dish Network!

When I walked up to the store, a woman held the door open for me and smiled. I was greeted by 2-3 people who all shook my hand and were very polite. I ended up working with Alejandro, and he was the BEST. He was kind, accommodating, and did not try to upsell me. I did end up calling him up later to upgrade my service (which he did immediately), and if I would have done it myself online, it would have been quite a bit more expensive. He saved me money. He was amazing, and if it were up to me, I would give him a raise. If you have to go to a Cox store, go to this one.
They explained my bill to me in detail and usually get me in and out pretty quick. Their cable and internet service is by far the best around. I went with the silver plan for new customers and im able to stream all of my devices without interruption. If you think they are pricey, just remember you get what you pay for.
Our wifi goes out 10 plus times a day, terrible connection speeds, and no reason behind it. Every time we call and are on the phone with them our service is great and the wifi works, but not even 30 minutes off of the phone with them and it back to being terrible. Waste of money
F I could leave a no star I would. This company is probably the worst. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. Every month my bill would be raised. My account got hacked by one of the workers who added a sports package, higher Internet speed. & left me having to pay. Be care with the cox chat. I got hacked through it with one of the workers were watching it and got all my information and had the ability to add stuff to my account.
I do not personally pay for the service but I do use it and we have stuck with your company for years and I have only good things to say! I took an interest in technology as profession and Cox was my pushing point. The internet speeds are fast and reliable while the cable is VERY reliable, even in the worst of storms, high winds and so on, it works wonderfully. I see ads on TV, switch from cable. But with how Nebraska is with the weather.. cable is more reliable because satellite dishes get clogged with snow, blocking signals. Even with very overcast weather, satellite has issues but cable doesnt. The customer service is great over the phone and if it isnt resolved there, representatives are always open to come and physically help. Once again, Cox is my favourite cable company!
Very friendly, professional and helpful. Exchanged 3 ancient DVRs for 3 new Contour DVRs in about 20 minutes and lowered my monthly bill by $10. The Tech Manager was very helpful.

The store was busy but they ran people through very quickly. Had to take my Cox box back because it stopped working. Very pleasant man. Told us it was all ready and all we had to do was connect it back up and it would start working. Well it was not that easy. There was no signal. Chatted with service for a VERY long time and got no where. They have to send a service tech. out to see what the problem is. Even the t.v. in another room is not working after he reset it, and changed my password and pin. Not very happy with them, plus on top of that they kept trying to get me to purchase there enternet. Talk about up sale and they cant even get my cable working.
Haha I always like coming to Cox store why cuz the people are always friendly and eager and always have a smile on their face and they always bend over backwards to help you. Or if they cannot help you they will find someone that will solve your problem. I give this a five stars because thats what they are courteous and kind. And their parking is plentiful
They had a very good personal when you visited the store they treated you as a family.
I had some trouble setting up my modem so Pat the technician came to my house to try to figure it out. He spent about 2 hours trying to get it to work but couldnt seem to fix it. He suggested we return the modem and get a new one as it might be broken. He gave us his personal phone number in case we had any questions. I dont know how but it was working a few hours later when I got home from work. I called Pat and he helped me run a couple of diagnostic tests to make sure it was working properly. I really appreciate Pats dedication, professionalism, and customer service. I just wish this could have been resolved with the over the phone customer support because they charged me $55 for the technician visit.
Stopped in, returned equipment and turned off cable, no problems. Nice staff. Short wait time on Wednesday 2PM.

I called to get signed up for internet. They wanted to give me tv just $50 more a month than l wanted to pay, jerks.I tried to sign up online another 50 minutes, wasted. They cant mail me a modem? I have to pick it up . GO to the store he types me, heres the hours. The hours were all wrong!Still no internet, maybe Monday l can get the modem, its about $180.00 to $190 he types. The e mail says $199.99. I had to ask him 4 times how much it costs. He only answered after the 4 time. Then l get 3 prices, Cox=idiots.
People be aware of this location! They lied about everything. I just wanted internet service and they tried so hard to get me to get a bundle with everything. So they said there were no specials on internet, the guy named Teddy. Said show me the special. I did on my phone. He said no that’s for internet and phone. We argued about this finally he realized I was not stupid. He said oh if you get the phone it’s free and I’ll give you free install. Next day start getting emails from cox showing something totally different. Phone was not free and they charged me for installation. Called corporate office they confirmed he lied. Went back up to the store trying to talk to the manager “janet”. And she was supposedly in a meeting. She has not contacted me. Mmmm you think she knows her people are doing this. Yes they do this all the time.

The muchacha that was behind the counter helped me with my cell continuing to go Out of Network twice today.1st time: I headed to the closest Boost Mobile store on 34th & L to see if the person behind the counter can fix my cell since its been Out of Network ever since 2 am that morning. Everything I did just didnt fix the problem. She fixed it within 1 minute.I headed back to that same store 30 minutes later since it automatically went Out of Network again. She told that the reason for that problem was that all my apps had to be ?freshened. Since I wouldnt have access to WiFi she said she can refresh them for me there. Thank you muchacha! My service is Functioning now 📲.

This one store sucks. I love Cox in general, but this store I have a problem with.I knew a month ago (September) Id be moving out. So I called Cox and asked if I was able to switch my high speed internet to cable and have it turned off at this house and the cable installed at the other. They said yes and even set up an appointment for a month later and I would call back if I wanted to change it. That was a pleasant setup.Well the week Im moving rolls around, the appointment worked perfectly in my schedule. My new roommate would be home that day (Friday) for the cox guy to install cable. I called them a few times around Tuesday and NO ONE PICKED UP. I gave up, tried calling again the next day. No luck. Tried the next day and after about 10 calls I got ahold of someone. They confirmed that someone would be at the house Friday. Later Thursday evening I got a confirmation call about it.The next day- Friday- I wanted to call and ask about my next bill and to tell them when I wanted the internet shut off at the current house. After about 10 calls they finally answered. That worked out.But then come Friday afternoon, the Cox guy was supposed to be there anywhere between 1-3pm. I got a text from my roommate after 3pm saying he never showed. I was pissed. I was at work but I tried calling about 10 times and eventually gave up because I had to work.I do not understand why theyre so bad at picking up their phone. Or simply putting it on hold if theyre busy.I have yet to call and set up an appointment, but Im sure I will not be continuing to call THIS STORE.Would not recommend. Very displeased.
Cox has the worst coustomer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude, misinformed, they lie and not person cam validate what the previous person tells you, even if they say they have notated your account. The bill never matches what they quote on the phone & they raise the prices constantly & without notice as well as fill you email & mail with junk you are not interested in or that you quilify for as an existing customer. They are horrible. And I only use them because they are my only option.
