Terrible customer service. This is my 10th time calling in about the same issue. Sheena disconnected my call after asking for a manager. This all started because they posted my payment to another account. I have sent proof of payment in twice and they still cant figure it out.

Easily the worst company weve ever dealt with. They are thieves. Every month they charge us for a modem rental that we arent renting and every month we call & complain and they credit the following month. Every month. For 18 months. We just paid our bill 15 days ago and they just pulled out another full payment because we use auto pay for the discounts. They are HORRIBLE.

Absolutely the worst quality internet and poorest customer service of any utility I have had experience with. We will take the first opportunity to switch that we can. The price is also very high compared with what we were used to in Northeast Iowa.

From top to bottom the most incompetent collection of people! They don’t plan ahead, don’t communicate honestly, and trap you in an endless customer service loop to not resolve the problem you are experiencing. And I’m just trying to get my Internet service installed!Stay away from this business!

By FAR the WORST company Ive EVER dealt with - outrageously overpriced, horrible internet service, awful customer service; unprofessional, rude and dishonest. This is a nasty, corrupt company that takes advantage of people. If theyre your only option, whatever you have to pay for satellite internet is worth it.

Worst telecommunications service I have ever experienced and they know it, which is why they outsource their customer service if I could leave 0 stars I would. they just dont care at all. They are costing us thousands of dollars of buisness because they cant flip a switch to turn our phones back on. within 24 hours is a go to saying for them but they lie about that too do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!

Best advice I can offer in my opinion and from my first hand experience is to stay far way way from this company and do yourself a favor and get your service from anyone else. Well beyond difficult and with competition finally coming to Lincoln area, they are even worse to deal with when you try and leave to go elsewhere.

Horrible service, 20-30 internet drops per week are normal.Any time I have called to ask for assistance they blame it on the equipment (modem, router), which is provided by Windstream, but replacement equipment is not free, they charge for replacements which do not fix the issues.I am a system administrator and software engineer, and I do not recommend Windstream

I worked for a company that used Windstream to run their business technologies. What a joke. Service was absolutely awful. Response times were slow. Because the company needed to save money they continued with this provider. In the case of Windstream, you get what you pay for.

My service is consistently spotty and I cant run more than 2 devices at the same time in my 400 sqft home without interruption. Overpaid for many, many months for speed not available in my area and only received a 50$ credit for a 250$+ overpayment. Cant wait until i move so i can change service! The. Worst.

Very slow service, constantly drops internet device, then lost connectivity and 3 days without Internet and WiFi.Then was told the repair tech tried to fix service but didnt have my house number, or current phone number the same information in my account. The same phone number and address the last 5 years.Its some one who doesnt do there job and I am without service.Please who ever reads this do not get wind stream service. If you do you will regret it.Use anything else but wind stream.

Absolute worst internet Ive ever had, even worse than the service I had in England and Korea. The website states Fast, Reliable Internet, but thats only if you pay through the nose for it. We pay $100 a month for Max Speed and dial-up levels. Even if we are running the absolute bare minimum of one computer trying to browse online, the internet crawls. We also experience regular outtages every night at 11 p.m.This is, without a doubt, the worst company for internet in the state. They will try to make you pay more for faster internet. I am about to switch providers to someone who charges the same amount Im paying now for internet thats supposed to be twice as fast, and Ive heard nothing but rave reviews about it. Im so looking forward to being free of Windstream by the end of this month after 4 years of putting up with their oh-so-1999 level of technology.The internet Windstream provides is absolutely unacceptable, especially for people like me who rely heavily upon the internet to conduct their business. The speed is appalling, as is the fact that they try to upsell you from what shouldnt be crappy internet in the first place. I would give negative stars if possible.

Got a spam call from a phone number belonging to this company according to white pages. Called back and the operator said the line was invalid? Frustrating and kind of creepy. I have no idea how they even got ahold of my number
