Team 10 is fabulous! This is my first and greatest experience in using this service. Team 10 is amazing and I am recommending them to everyone. They both walked me through everything and helped me so much. Our house now looks brand new and the toilets - oh my the toilets look brand new! I am a working mom of a toddler and a sweet baby so they helped out a lot. Everyone needs Molly Maid and Team 10 in their life!

Weve had Molly Maid of Gretna do a bi-weekly deep clean of our home for almost a year now. I am a pretty clean person, but once we got a dog (a large Newfoundland that sheds and has a lot of slobber), I could no longer keep up with the deep cleaning that needed to be done. We hired Molly Maid of Gretna back in July 2020. Once we communicated what we wanted and got the right team to come to our home, we have been very happy with this service. Maria and Karla are excellent! They have a great attitude, they work hard, and they are flexible to let me work from my home office while they clean. I would highly recommend Molly Maid of Gretna (especially Maria and Karla).

Summer and Theresa did an amazing job on my house! I asked for a move out service and they exceeded expectations. They arrived early, got right to work (even helped me notice a few maintenance items I needed to address) and did a fabulous job cleaning the areas I was most worried about. I am not Jenny. My name is Jeanie Feeken. I hired Molly Maid to clean my house before my 19 year old house goes on the market. I have never had someone else but me clean. I live alone I am moving into an apartment. I am a retired teacher and I have a son here in town but my daughter lives in South Carolina. I have been flying out there and staying with her for a month at a time but I always worry about the weather in the winter. What if the heat quits or the sidewalks need to be shoveled. In an apartment I can just lock up and not worry about it. I had the cleaners show up and yesterday they came in the morning. I asked them to clean the unfinished basement too. They got to work and soon another car with more cleaners came. They said they needed more equipment. They kept on working and got it done in good time. They did a great job and even decorated some as they cleaned. My son really helped me downsize but it was hard work and I am tired.They were very nice to me and helpful. Michelle the leader called today to asked how it went. I told her it was great. Its nice finding people that truly care.Jeanie F.

Weve been using this service for a few months now and couldnt be happier. With 3 huskies, 2 cats, and a baby, the house gets messy and furry fast! The cleaners always leave the house sparkling clean and fur free. Theyre always polite, professional, and on time as well. This week we had Summer and Theresa who really went above and beyond making sure the house was fur free. We definitely recommend using this company.

Molly Maid of Gretna responded to my request within a couple of hours with a free estimate and ensured all of my questions were answered. I had high expectations and they were exceeded! I did not believe all of my requests would be able to be completed with how reasonable the estimate was, but they were. Molly Maid has become one of my lifes best necessities. After theyve been here, I feel Im walking into a new home again. Never quite sure how they do it - theyre in and out in under an hour, leaving without any trace of chemicals in the air. All I smell and see is clean. I appreciate the ladies at Molly Maid as they work diligently, before & during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have been using them for a few months now; we switched to them from another service and we are very happy! the other service did not wet mop and with the dust here and a kiddo and the salt and sand from the snow we definitely prefer wet mopping...plus it smells so nice and clean when you walk in the house after its been mopped :)! The other areas (bathrooms, dusting, kitchen, ect always look great as well! thank you summer, alyssa and theresa :)

Today was my first cleaning, a deep clean, from Molly Maid, and I am SO happy I called them! Summer, Olivia, and Kaylee arrived right on time, did a quick walk-thru of the house asking how I would like them to handle certain aspects of the clean, and then they got right to work! I have big, hairy dogs who create a lot of dust/pet hair, and by the time they were finished you almost wouldnt know there were dogs here! It was FANTASTIC! Best of all, now I get to enjoy my weekend rather than spending it cleaning, or feeling guilty that I dont want to clean! Thanks ladies, you are amazing!!

We had Karla and Maria deep clean our house. They paid so much attention to detail and were able to get our shower doors spotless! The windows, walls and baseboards were all cleaned and wiped down as well. Very impressed and thankful they were able to come! Saved me a ton of time, even though I enjoy cleaning

I hired molly maids to do a move in clean. She told me after the move in clean, she would go there and inspect her crews work and would call me when headed there so I could meet her and do walk through. She was also to give me an estimate for a monthly cleaning.Fast forward to move in clean day... I waited for a call and never got one. I finally called molly maids and spoke to another person who told me the clean was done a few hours ago. Ok, well so much for meeting out there to inspect... I then went to the house to inspect the clean. There was dirt in most of the corners of the house. None of the closets or pantry was done. Stairs were definetely not done. And Inside of cupboards were not done. There was also a cupboard door in kitchen completely ripped off its hinges that was not that way the day before. I called molly maids with my concerns, they said they would come out and fix it. I also mentioned the cupboard door being broken, she said she would ask her crew what happened and let me know. They did come out the next day and did the inside of the cupboards but nothing else. Still no call about my broken cupboard (two weeks ago) and still no follow up regarding monthly clean.I wouldnt use this company again to clean my home. Also, my final bill was higher than the estimate amount! And the home wasnt even fully clean!I did follow up with molly maids after they replied to my review. I Informed her I had neither a missed call nor voicemail from her company, and the hinge on the cabinet door wasnt loose, it was completely broken off. If it was loose, which it wasnt as 3 different people inspected this home (a ripped off cabinet door would have been noticed!), I could have tightened it, now I need an entire new cabinet door! I suppose her crew was dishonest to her about that and one has to question if you want dishonest cleaning crews in ones home, being as they will have full access to most everything you own.UPDATE: they charged me 60 bucks to come out the second time to finish the clean they were supposed to do the first time! And they didnt even finish it!! And they supposedly have a 24 hour warranty, and I called within hours of their departure. Wow! Absolute awful company!!I did call again today to obtain insurance information for my broken cabinet door. I spoke with jenna who refused, she said they only have to provide this if theyre at fault, which is inaccurate. I called the corporate office number which just directs one back to the location closest to your zip code. I also asked her about the 24 hour warranty and charging me 60 dollars to come and finish the clean. She said that warranty only applies to established customers and that I need to read the fine print! Wow! I did go back on the website (no fine print) AND called the omaha molly maids who said that not only do they come back out to finish the clean free of charge, they give you a one time cleaning for your trouble. And The 24 hour warranty is for any customer! This was such an awful upsetting experience. With all the cleaning companies out there, I HIGHLY recommend you save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistake and choose a different company. Plus, if they do break anything like in my case, it will be next to impossible to find out their insurance info, so whats the point of hiring an insured company?

I sadly do not remember the names of the two ladies that came today because I’m horrible with names but they did an outstanding job. They hustled so hard I thought it would take at least 5 hours but they did the job in 4. I had a deep clean and our house looks spectacular. Their supervisor came after and inspected made sure everything was just right and it was. Highly recommend. Thank you !!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! To set the stage, we sold and moved out of a 5200 square foot house and into a less than 1500 square foot rental before moving to a permanent residence. We recently hired Molly Maid of Gretta to clean our 1500 sq. Ft rental house we were staying at temporarily. My wife reached out to Molly Maid to see if they would clean our house. Given the size, they said it would be at most $300. She did not get an actual written quote, just verbal. Lo and behold, they invoiced us $400 for a 2 person crew. They claimed the 2 person crew was there for 3.5 hours. No way. The other cleaning company who cleaned our 5200 square foot house only charged us $380, and sent an actual crew.If you do business with Molly Maid of Gretna make sure you get your quote in writing!

Do not hire this company!!! We have given them multiple chances to come back and correct things they have missed. We have a cat and have asked them before to not shut the door to our basement as this is where our cats litter box is. We arrived home from vacation tonight and once again they shut the door to our basement leaving our cat no where to go to the bathroom except on our new carpet. They just don’t care!!!

We have only just started with Molly Maid service, but I think they are doing a great job. Thank you.
