They did an awesome job of getting out red strawberry slushie stains from our carpet. Plus, the stains after weeks have not returned. They do what they promise. Great job and better pricing than most carpet cleaning companies.

This place boasts itself as a family owned business with “good ‘ol family values” but completely disregards their own employees who have their OWN families to feed. They will straight up not pay you, short your pay, and refuse to acknowledge the issue at all while simultaneously reaching out to make sure you’ll be at your next cleaning- and when you quit without notice (even after continuing to work without pay) they have the audacity to call you UNPROFESSIONAL! They get a lot of free labor because most people will just count their losses as they pay so little and only pay twice a month. Entitlement at its finest. Job seekers...Run, don’t walk from this place!

We have recently been trying to find a quality cleaning service to regularly clean our place. We have tried a couple companies in town with decent results, but wanted to give a few a shot to find the best. Of all the cleaning services we have tried in the Omaha area, Above and Beyond has been the worst.Our first experience was with poor customer service. It took forever to receive the quote (which was much higher priced for our apartment compared to other cleaners in the area), and attempting to contact Above and Beyond was always met with voicemail and days of waiting.The day of cleaning they stated it would take approximately 2-3 hours. I came home from work almost exactly two hours after their scheduled start time and they were long gone. When I walked in to my apartment, I could not decide if they had even came. Here is a list of everything we noted:-The floor did not appear vacuumed well (many spots missed)-Tables and frames still dusty-Glass was streaky and uncleaned-Sinks were not cleaned and still had stains-Sink hardware covered in water spots-Toilet bowls and under seats not cleaned at all-Showers did not appear cleanedOverall, nothing seemed to be cleaned. It was if I gave a 5 year old a rag and they just ran around my place waving it over everything pretending to clean. While that may seem like an overstatement, believe me its not. And for the price I paid, its clearly anything but Above and Beyond.If it was not evident, I would not recommend this place to anyone in the Omaha area. There are plenty of other great (now we know!) cleaners in the area in which we will be pursuing with our business.

The entire process went great, on time arrival, walked me through what was going to happen and asked great questions. We hired Above and Beyond to clean our carpets with their whole house deal (as of this writing it was $199) and are very happy with the results. Further, Miguel was extremely friendly and professional and did a thorough walk-through of the carpeted areas of the house both before and after the cleaning. Well definitely hire them again in the future!

A friend told me about Above and Beyonds carpet cleaning services. I called them up to have a carpet cleaned after the winter season and they were able to come with in the week. They did a great job making sure they got every part of the carpet covered.

We needed to get our carpets cleaned and quickly. Above & Beyond Cleaning Services were quick and got the job done exactly when we needed it. The cost was affordable as well.

We used their service for pre-move-in cleaning and carpet cleaning. We were really disappointed with the general cleaning work. I think the carpet cleaning person has a good attitude, although the pet smell is still on the carpet. The general cleaning person left a lot of the kitchen cabinets and the under cabinet surfaces untouched(not cleaned) at all. It is now a week after, Im still finding piles of dust balls in the closets. I wouldnt recommend or use them again.
