I have worked here since May and am very glad I found this job. The owner and managers seem to really care about the employees, listening and making changes to benefit everyone as they grow. I love the people I work with and the work itself- it is so rewarding to help people out by cleaning their homes and going the extra mile to really make things shine. For people who work well independently and enjoy a physical job, it is perfect.

Zach, the owner, comes across very well and says all of the right things to get your business. However, the cleaning did not match up to what was promised by Zach. A different crew comes almost every time so a lot of inconsistency. We have a disabled son who lives with us and it is important to know within a couple of hours when the crew would arrive so that we could plan out his care for the day. A 30 second phone call on the day of the cleaning to get a estimated time of arrival irritated the staff and when we complained about substandard cleaning, their response was maybe we just arent a good fit for you. Plus they scratched our stove top and said they would send someone out to look at it but never did. They obviously are so busy they only want customers who dont complain and dont care what time they show up. Very disappointing.

I asked Pink Shoe Cleaning to come do a fall deep clean for me and have been using them monthly ever since. My house was spotless after they left and have helped me maintain this now for a little over 6 months. The staff is friendly and detailed. Ownership cares about their customers and employees and checks in frequently to ensure satisfaction.

Currently worked here for a short amount of time. They mess with your money, that’s why you can’t keep anyone. I told this company I was struggling mentally and I wanted this job to not stress. It became overwhelming, cause employees were getting upset and rushing me cause they want to get off 2 or 3. I wanted my hours, like they said I would. I kept my mouth shut, cause I didn’t want issues. We are human Pink Shoe!!! Things go on and peoples lives you don’t understand. Do not work here!!!!! If you do, get a second job. They probably thinks it funny, or it some enjoyment taking people’s money. I’m not the only either ! Very sketchy place to work, cause they will tell you anything to get you to work there. Bills don’t disappear Pink Shoe!! Congratulations for not being understanding, and only thinking of YOU. Oh I forgot! They say they will give you raises, “like” 18 an hour. That’s a lie. I have proof of that lie as well. Prove that you have long term employees. Idk how many new people I worked with. Try again, Zach. Prove it! Lol your management is brand new. Try again please !! Tell them how you hire people with DUI’s cause your short, big risk for someone who has so many long term employees. Why even make it? Worse decision on your part. Good luck.

Wonderful cleaning company, they helped make a customized cleaning schedule for our home that fits our needs perfectly! Would highly recommend. Love coming home each week to a clean house so we can spend our weekends having fun instead of busy cleaning everything.

The Pink Shoe Cleaning Crew did a deep clean of my home, and now I have them come twice a month to clean the house. They do a great job and having my home clean has brought me so much joy and saved me a ton of time. Theyre nice, professional, thorough and just all around great.

UPDATE: after a few months of cleanings I felt I needed to update my review from 5 stars to 3. Cleanings were inconsistent with something always being overlooked, most notably the stairs, kitchen island, and living room rug. Almost every cleaning had at least one issue. The first time it happened, I sent pictures and the owner called and was very nice and proactive in trying to remedy the issues. I was told they try to have the same people clean a house each time, but it seemed like it was always different people, which is probably why it was inconsistent. We didn’t have any major issues with this company, and were always pleased with the customer service, but it was hard to keep paying to be disappointed.Pink Shoe just did the initial deep cleaning of my house before starting biweekly. I was VERY pleased with the quality of their work. I’m pregnant and have been sick, so I haven’t kept up with the house the past few weeks.. they had their work cut out for them and did a fantastic job! Also, we were left with really filthy appliances when we moved in. I’ve tried my best to remove the gunk on the stove top, as have several other people, with no luck. We thought it was ruined forever, but after Pink Shoe was here the stove looks brand new! My husband and I were so impressed! The people I spoke with on the phone were very pleasant, professional, and helpful, as were the women who came to do the cleaning. I’m happy to have found this company!

All I can say is WOW!! I had my first(deep) clean today and they did an amazing job. My wife and I have signed up for every 2 weeks and I believe it will be well worth the money. The results are worth it! They communicate with their customers and are on time..

Pink Shoe just did a deep clean of my home and I am very impressed! I treated myself to a house cleaning since I’m 40 weeks pregnant, and it was well worth it. From the initial contact, they were responsive & thorough. They have a supervisor come to the beginning and the end of the cleaning to communicate special requests and to make sure everything is finished. The two cleaners I had were WONDERFUL. They were thorough, hard working, polite, and friendly with my 3 year old & dog. Thank you Pink Shoe!

We used their move-out spot cleaning, and we could not be happier. I wish we found Pink Shoes years ago, we would have been using their service regularly. Our whole house was cleaned - absolutely spotless - in just 4 hours. They were able to get out hard-to-clean tub and shower stains that we could not get out, even after hours of scrubbing. We absolutely love their service and will definitely use them again.

Be careful -- I was quoted $215 for an initial deep clean in a small house for a small kitchen, dining room, living room, small bathroom and small bedroom. I arrived home to find that some areas hadnt even been touched, dirt and hair clumps remained on the floor of two rooms, and the key I hid for the crew was left out in the open.I emailed to express my disappointment, only to learn it would be an additional $80 to have the crew come out and finish the job. You also have to leave the money there for them, so you have no recourse if they fail to deliver on what they sold you.

Abby is nice. They use your car for cleaning and you only make more money based on a drivers license which was never mentioned prior to applying for the job.
