Team 6 Jade, Mel and Hanna did a deep clean for me and I cannot tell you how great my home looks. I am a mother of 4 and I just cant catch up / keep up with all the cleaning.... I decided to do something for myself and am so grateful I did. I cant believe I had not done it sooner. Its a breathe of fresh air to wake up and have a CLEAN dust free home. They were so so so down to earth and worked their tails off. I am hoping to have them come monthly as my stress level is way down and it lifted my spirits.

Luz, Dolores Aide were fabulous!!! They were smart, friendly and cleaned everything in sight! Even when I told them not to bother with something they cleaned it anyway! I was thrilled with the work they did. I will definitely have them back again sometime soon!

Karla and Maria deep cleaned my home in advance of houseguest. To say that I am shocked is an understatement. They not only cleaned thoroughly, but sought out all the little spots, like pet hair stuck to chair feet. As they cleaned, they added homey touches, like turning an end table to look more pleasing and arranging photos on the mantle. Im not a good decorator and my house now looks like professional stagers prepped it. I love the extra care they took to make everything look perfect. I have 4 cats and there is no dander to be seen. Very professional & friendly crew. Did thorough cleaning, especially of bathroom. I had knee surgery and had not been able to kneel down to scrub the tub for several months, but they did an excellent job. I had team #4, Virginia and Sol. They were great! I was 100% satisfied.

We used Molly Maid to help clean the apartment before a move. Virginia and Sol from Team #4 were genuinely great. They were highly efficient and very friendly. The kitchen and bathroom cleaning was far better than I could have possibly hoped for, as we had tried to keep those things clean for about 3 years, but Molly Maid made it look brand new. I am incredibly satisfied with the results.

Very impressed with Team 13! We just restarted this service after a two-year break. What a difference! I had been spending about 6 hours of time on the weekend. Thats nearly 25% of my waking weekend hours. They were very thorough and caught everything on the first visit that I had been missing. So worth it!

Molly Maids has been cleaning for approx 4 or 5 years here. We have had crews who are okay, good, very good and the occasional exceptional/awesome team. Team 3 and most recently team 8 are those who have brought a detailed cleaning to a home run by 3 cats with a human whose dust allergies are a pain. Nothing like a home that glistens and smells wonderful when they leave. Thank you very much for your attention to the things that matter most. I am a new customer. The first time was not a good experience and I wrote the company and sharing what all went wrong. They were very responsive and very concerned about the service that I was given. They apologized and asked for another chance to make it right...and making it right they did. The second crew were exceptional; very professional from the moment they stepped into our home. I would be more than happy to call and discuss my issues, which I have called every time I have I had an issue.I used them to clean my house before I sold it and then used them to clean my new house before I moved in. I like the service so much I started a monthly service. I asked for the same team to come, at first the sent the same team then they started to send different teams every month and the service started to deteriorate. I mention this to them and stated I only wanted Victoria to come and stressed that and the next month a different team came. I called to have my date changed due to a schedule changed, they changed it, the day came, I sat around and waited for them, I called and they admitted they messed up and didnt have it scheduled. I have now cancelled their service. Victoria is great, if you get her you will be happy with her, she is great and will go above and beyond she will give you a 5 star cleaning, the other teams will give you a 3-4 star cleaning. If you need something changed, you might want to double check with them because it probably wont get written down right.

Virginia and Sol are friendly and professional. They listen and hear what I have to say, in regard to my requests. They are team 4.. My apartment, looks and smells terrific after their visit. A job well done!

Team 1s (Rosa and Misi) professionalism and attention to detail on a consistent basis is refreshing! My initial (Deep clean) call for service was accommodated the same week. I added oven and refrigerator cleaning and they were clean as the day I purchased them! Team 1 does an amazing job and doesnt miss anything. Molly Maids is flexible if i need to reschedule and willing to add extra services when needed and scheduled. Overall, WELL DONE!

Team #11 came to my apartment and cleaned it out for a move out. They did give me an estimated time and arrived about an hour after the estimated time so be prepared as they are busy it seems. Other than that though they did a great job this place was shockingly clean! A+++

Have used Molly Maids for several years and this is a consistent issue. We address it, it gets better for a couple months and then back to “normal”. I wish I could attach photos. Immediately after my cleaning I could see the laundry room floor was never touched. Took a swiffer pad with my hand and it was black from dirt. And forget about sweeping/mopping anything but the middle of the floor. Kick boards and floors along the sides of the toilet RARELY touched.

Molly Maid did a great job and I will be using them again. I want to give a special shout-out to team 2 (Rosa and Rosy). I asked them to focus on my bathrooms and they did a great job. They have not been this clean in a long time. I will be sure to request team 2 next time.

Tera & Virginia did an amazing job cleaning up after our contractors were finished with renovations! Everything was covered with dust before they started and they left our home cleaner than its ever been! They were both very delightful to have around since we were working from home while they were cleaning. Great job Team 4!

Team #4 ( Virginia, Sol, & Madison) did a excellent, professional cleaning of my house. They completely removed the black marks left from my walker on the kitchen floor. It looks good now.

Our house was so dirty from construction, and Virginia, Sol and Stephanie worked miracles with their deep cleaning in a small amount of time. Weve had cleaners before, but never like these three. I highly recommend team #4, and will definitely be using them again and again

They did such a great job, I decided to setup a monthly service with them. Team #4, Virginia and Michelle, have showed up each time on time, have been extremely professional, efficient, and have done excellent job. I would highly recommend this team.

My rating is a 3 because of the first team that came out.To start they were 40 min late which wouldnt have been terrible if I was staying at the residence but it was a moving out clean, I had to commute to meet them.Once there they only stayed 1h 30min which I thought was very quick and when I checked the apartment after the clean I found out why.Im not going to list everything that was left uncleaned because that would take too long. It was completely unacceptable.I was very pleased with customer service even from the start and they did not disappoint when I called to let them know what happened. They got another team out there later that afternoon and I have nothing but great things to say about Team #4. Virginia, the team leader was polite, professional, all of the good things. She walked through with me and was shocked by the horrible job the previous team had done. Team#4 did a fantastic job and if I were staying in Omaha I would have them clean my home from now on. They eased my frustration and calmed my nerves, moving is stressful! Because of them we were able to get our full security deposit. If I were leaving a review for just Team#4 I would leave 5 stars but since it is for the company and the other team I leave it at 3.

I used Molly Maids for the first time after my long time housekeeper retired. Not only do I think it’s great value but I also think they did a great job and showed up on time. They sent Team 1 for my first cleaning and I am looking forward to my next cleaning next week!

Team 7 is my favorite--Nori and Osmayda. These two wonderful and professional cleaners made my home sparkle and look like new. Carpets look like new; bathrooms look and smell like a spa. I cant say enough good things about Team 7. Even my husband noticed and was amazed!

Virginia and Sol (team 4) are wonderful! They are always on time, and efficient. I also love that they not only allow us to keep our large dog out and about in the house while they work but they even greet and pet him when they arrive (which he loves).

Mostly giving these 5 stars because the ladies deserve the bonus for how little they actually got paid to clean my 1b1b apartment.First, Team #2 (I dont remember their names...) did a great job at cleaning for my move-out. I hired out so I didnt get cleaning fees deducted from my deposit and it worked! I didnt get charged any move-out fees by my apartment. Although, I shouldve specified everything I wanted cleaned as they had to come back to my apartment to clean the inside of all of my bathroom and kitchen cabinets (thank you again, ladies!!). On top of the cleaning, they were professional, friendly, and on-time.Second, I kept having to reach out to Molly Maid for confirmation of my appointment... We played phone tag for a bit which was super annoying and I still never got my email confirmation. Perhaps they dont want a paper trail? Whatever the case may be, my account got charged and my apartment got cleaned, so I guess thats how they do business.

Virginia and Esmeralda came and cleaned our rental unit between tenants. The previous resident had left this apartment unit in filthy, poor shape but these women had it sparkling clean & ready for our new resident by the time they left. Having worked with our new resident in the past I know him to be particular about cleanliness, as well as I, and we were both very pleased with the results of Virginia and Esmeralda’s hard work. Moreover, they were pleasant to interact with, professional, and gave great attention to detail. We will continue to use Molly Maid as the need arrises again, & preferably Virginia and Esmeralda’s team will be put on the job! I’ll certainly be requesting them!
