I had an appointment confirmed via email for a quote to be given at my house at 4:00..I left work EARLY to be there.. No one showed up and no one called or emailed to say they werent coming.. I called the office 3 times and kept getting a voicemail.. After getting no answer and no notification of cancellation I left a bad review. After my review was left they replied to notify me that they have a policy to not work if schools are canceled. Thats a policy that I would have no way of knowing since I dont do business with them and since they didnt post anything on their website or Facebook about it.. Even still, rather than try to reschedule they told my wife that theyd rather not do business with us.. So, they mess up and rather than own up to it and try to make it right, they decide to walk away.. Their choice as there are other companies. I would just be wary as they clearly dont own up to their mistakes and might not show up to the scheduled appointments..

We had The Clean Bees come to our home this spring (2017) for a deep clean. We had lived under the impression we were pretty clean people. We were wrong. When buying our house several years ago we took 2 days to deep clean everything prior to moving our stuff in. In just over 2 hours, these women have our house cleaner than it has ever been. Needless to say they are now scheduled to come back to our house on a regular basis. You will NOT be disappointed with the results!
