They were very responsive, professional, helpful and affordable. During such a busy time, we always received an email or phone call right back. Their crew was phenomenal and hard workers. Made an appointment with this company 6 weeks in advance. 2 days before my appointment they sent me a TEXT telling me that they don’t come to Council Bluffs. This is no way to do business and I’ll be sure to spread the word. From day 1 that I made the appointment they new my address, yet there was no mentioning of not crossing the river. Here we are starting the search over and probably going to have to wait another month before I can get another bid from someone else.

Classic built my pool 12 years ago and I’m really glad I choose them. The pool has been great and was very well constructed. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you won’t be sorry for using these folks. They care about quality. Their staff is outstanding! As expected 12 years of poolOwnership, things do happen. Michelle,who heads up their service team is the best in the business. Most things she can diagnose on the phone and walk you thru how to fix. She’s THAT good! When they have to come out, they only charge you for the fraction of time they are there and pricing on labor is fair. I just had an emergency with a crack in a step and they were out to putty it within an hour! Brett is fantastic at diagnosing issues and fixing them right. These folks are great to work with! Jordan also very good. Their retail staff is also top notch! If you have a pool or spa, I highly recommend Classic Pool! Every aspect of their business is well run.

Impressed.I am the DYI type and Classic Pool and Spa was the right place for me. What they lack in expensive, snooty showrooms they make up for in knowledge and service.I was looking for a part for my older spa. The other stores either couldnt help or were going to have thier service tech call me. Classic Pool and Spa had common parts on the shelves! The sales clerk immediately knew exactly what I needed and it was half the price as Amazon.Ill be a life long customer.

From the moment I walked into Classic Pool & Spa.... I felt like family. I was greeted with the warmest Hello from the nice young lady up front. I believe her name was Alison. What she did that not a lot of employees do not do is LISTEN. Alison listened to all my needs and was very professional when it came to what I needed to purchase my pool and hot tub. Then the manager came out to introduce herself, I believe her name was Jill. Such a nice young lady! They both were attentive to my needs and theyre prices were just amazing so I went ahead and purchased my pool and spa from this place. My service has been incredible and dealing with Michelle has been the smoothest of transactions and scheduling to get their pool boys out to clean my pool. And I tell you what, those pool boys GET THE JOB DONE! They dont mess around. Kind, courteous, and professional. Shout out to all the fam that makes this company what it is. Highly recommended and will do my business there for as long as I have a pool!

Friendly, helpful service! Classic isnt my usual store (because I live 66 miles away), but it will be my backup from now on! My store in Lincoln was sold out of what I needed and it was a HUGE relief to find exactly what I needed relatively close by 😊. The gal who helped me was friendly, courteous and understood what I needed. Ill be back!

We used several pool places and have had the BEST experience with Classic Pools. We didnt know how to manage our chemicals the first few years, but after spending 30 minutes on the phone with the service department at Classic I learned more than I did in several seasons with other companies. We were able to maintain our chemicals (of course taking them in to be tested weekly) the entire summer once they helped get us in track. I cant say enough good things!

Great help in understanding whats going on with my pool. Water checking is free for pool chlorination and chemicals. I recommend them.
