So glad I called these guys to open our pool this year! They explained everything they were doing and answered every question I had. I called the store several times and was always treated with respect. Compared to other companies we have used in the past, I can honestly say they are the most helpful and professional company! I highly recommend them and hope to be a long-time customer!

I purchased a house with a pool that is pretty much limping along. I had never owned a home with a pool and a good friend recommended that I call Mike and Travis with Aquaworks. They have done an amazing job of educating me about pool care, and responding to all of my panicked questions that only a first time pool buyer could ask. It has been overwhelming to say the least, but they do a great job of explaining things, and keeping my pool going. Its nice to have people you can trust to be honest, reliable and responsive. Fantastic company to work with.

Being a new pool owner with very little knowledge, I walked into Aquaworks Pool & Spa to have my water tested. Mike was very helpful in letting me know exactly what I needed to do. I walked in a month later and he remembered my name! They have been extremely helpful, taking time to answer all my questions without making me feel stupid. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are GREAT. I had them out to fix my Sundance Spa that Olympic Pool and Spa (authorized dealer tech) could not. Before coming out Travis gave me detailed instructions on all the things I should try on my own FIRST. What was found? A small piece of teflon tape hanging in the flow switch causing the spa FLO and FLO2 error. This was after Olympic technician couldnt find problem and said I needed a new $800 circuit board. I had Aquaworks put old one back in because it WORKS FINE!!! If you want Honest Helpful and reasonably priced service, call these guys.

Mike and Travis are very knowledgeable. They fixed my hot tub when two other companies told me I needed a replacement.
