When I purchased the spa, I looked at the price, warranty & repair service availability. I just had my first service call & everything went the way a consumer wishes all service calls would go. Prompt & knowledgeable spa tech Adam had me back up and running quickly. I appreciate the service.

The equipment they sell is top notch. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the follow up services are the VERY BEST !!! Havent had any major issues, but whenever Ive had questions or problems they (Tim) have always had great (and usually the cheapest) recommendations to solve the problem.Thanks Tim

First time Hot Tub owners and didnt know much, after talking with Nate we ended up going with a Cal Spa and we love it! There was a little wait for the tub but worth it, and the delivery and hook up was was fast and informative. I will definitely be going back should I have questions or future purchases. It has been disappointing to get this company to help on parts or service. Very helpful when you are purchasing new, but service after the sale has been very difficult. I would not recommend.

We met Tim at the Omaha store as the first place we stopped to research hot tubs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and no high pressure sales. We really liked one specific tub, but needed to research a couple other stores. We wound up coming back to Home Innovations and putting a deposit on a tub. We were in the process of building a deck and needed to get the electrical set up for the hot tub (which was a separate very expensive item!) so we couldnt have it delivered right away. We got the tub after about 3 weeks and have been so very pleased! The delivery was very efficient - they worked with the electrician who was hooking it up to make sure everything was done right. Paul and the delivery team were great to work with, and Tim our sales person has been in contact to make sure everything went well. We foresee many very happy years with our hot tub!

Weve had our spa for almost a year and its one of the best investments ever! We use it several times a week and love it! We finally went with the frog to help stabilize the chemicals and its awesome. Highly recommend. Great service too!

Have bought three hot tubs from them over the years... Two from Lincoln location and most recently one from Omaha location. Deb in Lincoln knows her stuff and Tim in Omaha was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me during the purchasing process .Their products are first rate - I shopped around this last time and still ended up back at Home Innovations.With my other two spas in the rare situation when service was needed they were always very prompt and courteous.Happy customer here and so glad to be back in a hot tub!Was very relaxing to enjoy my cal spas 7 lounger with 51 jets and two pumps -- the foot jets in the floor and on the side wall are absolutely amazing!!!

Great product and service. I have owned 4 Hot Springs tubs over the years and Home Innovation has the Twilight Series which is a much better tub. Highly recommend them.

It was a Great experience working with Tim. We didnt feel pressured at all. He answered all our questions about the different spas we were looking at before we finally settled on one in the Escape Series, we bought the Tropical 51 jets. This Tub is Awesome! I called Tim after we received the Tub with some minor questions and he was very helpful. The two young guys that delivered the Tub were on time even though we had freezing rain that day and the temp was only 28 degrees. These two guys were very easy to work as well. My experience with the Home Innovations team was wonderful. Paul and the guys managed a very difficult installation so calmly and patiently, and I was amazed how it all worked out! They took time to explain the spa features and maintenance, and were so pleasant. Since then, Ive continued to receive wonderful service from the Omaha store, and all my questions have been patiently and thoroughly answered. I couldnt ask for more and we LOVE our spa!

Although technically I purchased my hot tub from the expo I couldnt be happier with it. Everything that was told from the salesman was spot on. This hot tub is so easy to maintain even though I have heard nightmares about maintenance. I have the tub with the Ozone system which I would highly recommend. I have also visited the store on a couple occasions and have been happy with the service.

Had a truly great experience with Home Innovations. We had the 18 swim spa put in and everything has been just as promised with the product, but even more so the service has been outstanding! A day after having our patio put in and the spa delivered we had 8 of rain - ugh! The owner came out personally to inspect everything and make sure that we were ok to use the swim spa for the weekend gathering. He came back 2-3 times to adjust things that were due to Mother Nature and made sure we were set. He even re-wired what the electrician didnt do quite right. We LOVE our swim spa and couldnt be happier! We swim daily in it; have very low maintenance; and have called several times for advice on things and always get great service. Tim, the salesperson was awesome from the beginning and continues to take our calls when we need him. We bought the 18 H2X and sunk it in the ground and would highly recommend it, but even more so we would recommend Home Innovations. (No, we are not a plant, we are real customers in Omaha, NE :-))

Ive been working with Home Innovations/Spas for the last several years, mainly with the Omaha office, since I got the Trainer 19D. Tim and the others have been fantastic to work with. They have been professional and friendly at the same time. If anyone is looking for a Spa or Swim/Spa, I would highly recommend these folks.

After looking at every spa dealer in town we stopped back at Home Innovations late afternoon on a Sunday no less and we thought we were sold on another brand. We spoke to the owner who was the only one working that day and he brought to our attention what we thought we were sold on as a bacteria nest the way it was constructed. He told us of a sale at the Ralston arena coming up and we were sure to get a discount on a brand new tub because it will have been set up one time. We waited 2 days for the special display and thought we would be the first to purchase a tub at the sale. We were about 2 hours later arriving than we wanted to be and 8 tubs and pools had already been sold that day. The salesman did not even have to do anything other than write up the contract and collect the money. We were sold on the tub the previous week. Got a super discount and a upgrade on the cover, delivery and setup 2 days later and have never looked back. We love our tub. It is everything we wanted and more. The quality of the workers and the caliber of their character is awesome. I recommend Home Innovatiions to all my contacts.

We visited this store multiple times when we were shopping for a hot tub. We worked with the owner directly on one instance who is a hands on down to earth guy. We also worked with Tim our salesman/ manager. He treated us with respect every visit, didnt ever pressure us and didnt try to downtalk everyone elses products like most of the other stores we visited did. Their prices are fair and their products are made in the USA and are high quality.
