I live in south Omaha, and I only go to this location because they are THE BEST out of all the Russell Speeders in Omaha! I have an amazing experience every time I go. Staff is always smiling, waving and make me feel like family every time I go! Management is always responsive, respectful, and kind any time I have a question or need assistance! Great service, great staff, and great experience every time I get a wash !

Donald helped me with cleaning my plastic car mats. I did not realize that they had a foam cleaner at the tub washer that took off all the dirt and grime. He took his time to get a new bottle and and show me how it works. Washing both of my mats. Even offered to polished both of them. Very helpful and kind! Excellent service! 5 star review!!

DeeDee is an amazing salesperson. My grandson wanted to get my husbands truck washed because he said it was dirty. He sometimes comes with his mom and dad. He loves the dinosaur theme and the candy. He talked us into going after church. Next thing you know we were signed up for a membership! Super friendly and great car wash!

Russel Carwash has been my go to car wash for 9 years now. They keep improving their services year after year.Brandon and Deedee went over and beyond the detailing need I had for my car. You can tell that they want you to come back.I was very pleased with their service and their personalities as well.I recommend them any day. The facility makes car cleaning a very comfortable and satisfactory experience whether you want to do it yourself or have them do it for you.

I went through the car wash on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. My right quarter panel molding came off. I talked to Corey on Friday, September 10, 2021. He had them play the video back and guess what he found my quarter panel molding. He let me know it was broke and they will be ordering me another one. I definitely give them 150 out of 100…. After being told I couldnt get my car detailed at a competitors place of business, Darius & Mike both ensures that having a breathalyzer installed in my vehicle was no problem at all.Both of these gentlemen gave me the best customer experience imaginable at 7:30 AM. Come give these guys your money. The unlimited membership is a must!!

Darius, Corey, and Marquinn were AMAZING. For the little time I was there they were working hard and giving my sister and I wonderful customer service. If you need a wash or a car detail go see them! The car was emaculant! No lie. We usually go to Baxter or to Rocket Carwash but this place right here, baby I tell you we WILL be coming back. Repeat customers for sure.

Major props to Brandon in the detail shop. Took my truck in as my daughter spilled Red Bull all over the passenger floor area. The detail shop had just closed and Brandon stayed late to help me. He not only did the front passenger side, but shampooed all the carpets!! He did a stellar job and was one of the kindest individuals that I have ever met!

I was moving to another state and wanted one last cleaning on my membership ~ so glad I did. I have a boxer and he sheds massive amounts of hair. I have not been able to get all the hair up which is a bother. I was at the self service to vacuum when Donald came over and asked if I needed any help. Hell yes as the sweat was dripping off my face… heat index that day was 103 ish.Donald not only vacuumed all the hair up but went above & beyond… went and got a special tool to remove the hair. My car did not have ANY dog hair. I was amazed at how polite, professional and hard working he was on such a hot day. Donald is a Rock Star and very much an asset to Russell Speeders!

I enjoy how I can fully clean my vehicle inside. However, outside it doesnt clean my vehicle the greatest for as much off roading we do. My biggest complaint is that we agreed to some deal that would cost us about $20 a month but weve been charged $40 for a membership. When we noticed the miscommunication we tried to cancel two months ago and now having issues with that as we got charged this month. I like the products available to me to clean the inside of my vehicle but not so great outside and also the whole overcharging miscommunication we are currently dealing with. My vehicle on the outside when going through cleaner once is doable at $20 a month membership, not $40. The main ethical issue is that we were given and signed up for a deal of $20 a month unlimited but were being charged $40 a month and currently struggling with a cancellation of it all.

Somehow everything they own broke. Trying to back everyone out. Some employees were cool. Some were just rude and acted like we were their problem instead of recognizing they just inconvenienced everyone.no wonder they want you on a pass. They’d gave you stuck. Difference in some employees attitude would of changed whole perception. I won’t be back.

Had my car detailed at the 118th and Dodge location. Work seems good enough, but customer service/organization is lacking. Dropped the car off mid-morning, was told it would take 90 minutes or so. Drove out 3 or 4 hours later to pick it up and found out that the car wasnt done and it had been forgotten. Finally got it back at 5 oclock with no apology for the mistake. Asked about a discount and was told that couldnt happen since I paid in advance.

A little confusing when you first drive through but the car was cleaned. Darius took great care to explain the monthly plan. they did a good job on the full service. They did miss some dog hair in the back seat but the floors, window and dash were great.

Only does an okay job of washing my car. Which Im okay with since I can go through it multiple times a week. But have lost a license plate, damaged a wiper blade, not just once, but ripped it off today. Im done. They did replace my blade today, but not going to keep tearing things up on my car.

DeeDee was extremely energetic and kind when sharing about the unlimited wash pass. She pitched a great deal that it was half off the first month, and then disclosed the full price there after and included two free interior cleaning coupons. She was very honest about their deals and was a pleasure to speak to! I will be back often!

So I was out running errands - forecast for the next 10 days - no rain - my car was filthy from the winter so decided to get a car wash - puled into RSCW and met Terri. She did an excellent job explaining my options. Sh did such a great job I took her up on her suggestion for the Unlimited Car Wash option. And because she did such a great job I went home - got my wifes car and brought it back for the same deal.

Dee Dee is an amazing employee who greets customers with positive energy. One day she saw me dancing in my car seat. She danced on over to say hello before I entered the carwash. I love the new amenities they have added too--free candy, car freshener, wipes, etc. The monthly subscription is worth it!

Never been before, doubt Ill go back. Full service means driving thru carwash myself, and they did not clean cup holders or spots on my car seats. Finished cleaning myself when I got home. Disappointing.

Went through the car wash, did not even look like it was washed, dirt still left on the car all over, they did improve the power of their vacuums, but seems they lost quality in car wash. I get a better wash at a gas station car wash.
