These guys do great work. Ive become a regular, but it doesnt matter who I have cutting my hair, every time I tell them what I want, I get the same result each time, which is important to me. I dont have to worry who I get, I know theyll give me what Im after.The shop is clean and taken care of, and has a nice mood to it. The barbers themselves are real happy-go-lucky, very professional, and very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable in their craft.As of right now, with Covid19 present, theyve switched up their usual walk-in only system to appointment only, and only do haircuts instead of beard trims. Make sure you visit their website to schedule your cut. It is a prepay system, but dont let that deter you.At the end of the day, these guys are my favorite barbers in Omaha. Not only for how they treat me, but how I see them treat their other customers. Ill continue coming back to them as long as time (and Covid19) allows.

Great place with great guys.

This place is everything that you want out of a barbershop. Clean, courteous and consistent. It doesnt matter which of the 3 cut your hair or trim your beard, it looks great. Also, great conversations and the best parking!FYI: They dont book appointments but if youre flexible on time you can write your name on the board and they save your place in line. Just dont be late!

Best barbers in Omaha hands down! Jamal, Jeremy, and Dan are not only fantastic, talented barbers but they are just all around great dudes! If you dont want to wait get there early this is a traditional style barbershop so you come in, put your name on the board, and wait your turn but even if the wait is long that is sometimes the fun part because its one big group conversation and these guys make you feel like family. Reminds me of my grandpa taking me to his barbershop when I was a kid. If you havent checked out Alliance I suggest you do so for your next haircut, shave, and/or beard trim.

One of the best places in Omaha to get barber cut! They do your hair justice. They have amazing skills and totally slay with their fades and amazing haircut transformations! They do so well that gives me a nice fade when I’m doing one of my funny videos! I’m always impressed here and favor this to be one of my go-to barbers in Omaha. I make the drive down here for a reason. I also go just before opening to get in front of the rush and busy spike they get during the day. Will recommend to anyone!

These guys really know how to cut hair, I flew in from Cali and didnt have time to get a haircut before I left. They made sure to take care of it just as good if not better then I had it in Bakersfield. If you havent checked them out I would recommend it they really care about a quality cut and make you look great when you leave. For around $30 you cant go wrong but make sure to tip well its worth it here.

These young Barbers are awesome & know exactly what theyre doing. They have a great facility, with an old-school feel to it. They take very good care of their clients and make you feel welcome whenever you are there. I have NEVER left disappointed!

Come early on your day off, have some laughs, get a perfect cut, and never go to another shop again. Well, until your hair grows out. Then go back to Alliance.

Always very nice and professional, dont waste any time talking to the other barbers while youre in the chair and stop cutting. They actually multi task and I appreciate this as other barbers will forget where they are and start talking about things and stop cutting

So the day of my wedding i still hadnt gotten my hair figured out. I searched and searched, i looked for shops close to me, i read reviews, i even called numerous times to shops to see if they were telling the truth. See i get serious haircut anxiety, overwhelmingly so. Anyways, i finally decided on a shop, enter Aliance barbershop and beauty. I go there. The atmosphere was great. There was a wait but that just speaks for there skill. I had Dan. I let him know about my wedding and that i had no idea what i wanted. With confidence he got to work. He styled my hair perfectly. He even did my eyebrows. He did the little fuzz around my ears. He sculpted my beard. Man he even did a lil massage thingy! If your looking for THE shop then quit. These guys got all the skill, understanding, and probably patience you will need. Thanks Dan and the guys! I looked awesome on my special night and i owe most of that to yall. Keep it up and im coming back.
