Mel the hairdresser did an outstanding job. She is the sweetest person that has ever cut my hair. Her smile is awesome. Will keep going back and telling others along the way.

I had an appoint booked for 3 weeks. Vanessa called at 4:43pm 15 minutes before the appointment and stated she had a client that she was doing a color on that had health issues, traveled 2 hours and decided she wanted a Brazillian blow out. Vanessa said she could reschedule or see how things went with the blow out and call me. Then she stated blow outs takes 3 to 5 hours so I assumed an appointment wasnt going to happen on my scheduled day. I expressed I understood she had a client who was ill and traveled, but I had scheduled the appointment with her 3 weeks before and confirmed the day before. As I finished she stated she will always service her long term clients first. Well I wont become a long term client so I hope her business model works out for her!

Poor Service. Stood at front counter and stood there being looked at by employees and still no service! ( Response to Owner reply) Please do not sugar coat the fact that not one of the people acknowledged me and as well no where was it listed on the door or desk that it is by appointment only. Own up to the poor service, give a honest response and fix it please.

AMAZING! Sherry allowed me to converse with her for over half an hour making sure I would love what I was getting done. When I came in I was some what undecided but ready for change. Sherry took the time to go over the different options and styles along with the pros and cons for my hair type. She is very professional and knows her stuff! So helpful, warm and inviting! Im in love with my hair! Great experience.
