Im SOOO glad we decided to have our wedding here!! Every single staff member was amazing and very helpful every step of the way, the venue is GORGEOUS, and the price of everything is very fair and reasonable. Joe and Mary helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING and made sure we were happy with every decision. I 10000% recommend having your wedding here...promise you wont regret it.

I was blown away by my experience at the Livestock Exchange Building!Our experience started out strong from day one of touring the Livestock! The space feels grand and lives up to the timeless appeal. Not to mention it was more budget-friendly than any other downtown/midtown venue we toured, which is a huge plus as wedding costs can get out of hand so quickly and to be able to save a few thousand dollars on the venue cost was amazing. The venue is conveniently located off the Kennedy Freeway and was quick drive from our hotel in Blackstone.We were so excited for our food tasting and it did not disappoint! Brandeis Catering does all the food and they were willing to make adjustments to fit our tastes! Lets just say they pulled out all the stops for our food tasting. We decided to go more upscale plated dinner, but I felt no matter the budget they had options available for you!Joe was extremely accommodating to all our requests! We were able to get in early to set everything up and Joe was there to assist us with everything we needed. It was great, as the bride, to get a sneak peek of the space before anyone else.The wedding party arrived right at the end of the cocktail hour and the staff had extra hors doeuvres set aside for us to enjoy at the head table! They were delicious!!

Inside was cool. Outside area not so much. I was wondering if it was the right building.

Classic ballroom in an historic building.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! The ballrooms are spacious so even larger weddings and events don’t feel cramped.The staff is incredibly organized and prompt with all of their information. It really makes it feel like the event is going to always go smoothly.The food for catering is also very good! They have a diverse menu with plenty for picky and more adventurous eaters.

I love the views from the apartments. The large windows remind me of being downtown. I have always felt safe in the secured building but not because of its security. Its well lit and little foot traffic. The apartments have a nice layout.

Really pretty venue for a wedding reception! Really high ceilings. They do need to fix the bathroom situation. Only two stalls & one of the two is barely usable bc its extremely small.

Attended a beautiful reception here. The staff ensured we were at the right place and were friendly. The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous especially with the Groom and Bride.

Weve been to many, many events here over the years and are always amazed by the beauty of the venue and of the view. Windows overlooking Omaha provide a wonderful backdrop for brunches, high school dances, awards ceremonies, and weddings. Weve been to all! We will not likely have a family wedding in Omaha that isnt hosted here.

I was very impressed with the security at the elevators both in the lobby and at our venue. The place is gorgeous. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the womens bathroom only has 2 stalls. When people are drinking, dancing, no one appreciates waiting in a line EVERY time they need to use the restroom.

Joe Thallas is amazing to work with, the Ballroom itself is beautiful for weddings, truly made our wedding an amazing day, awesome venue.

The ballroom was gorgeous. The staff did a beautiful job setting up. The food was outstanding and the servers great. We received so many complements on everything.

Weddings are a great place to dance and share with Family and friends. Brandise catered the meal and it was delicious!😃😎👍

Most disgusting place to live dryers dont work the maintenance man is creepy likes to stare doesnt know how to do his job halls smell. Like drugs staff is very rude there are alot of strange people that come into the building
