I had a list of issues with my car and had taken it to several other places but none could figure out the problems until I took it to Ally Auto Services. They were even able to diagnose and the ones that my sensors werent registering and now my car is running great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Another company tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for “problems” my car was having. when it didn’t sound right I went to Ally’s auto and they found the actual issues with my car communicated it all with me and got it all fixed and i’ve had no problems since! i’ve gone back again to get a key fob programmed for my car, great people who know what they’re doing!

Brought my truck in for various different things, the Owner actually brought me out into the shop showed me exactly what was wrong, this was something no other shop had done for me at any time made me feel good knowing that I could see the issue and have an explanation in person. This is a no bs shop they get you in and out as fast as they can with great quality work. They even gave me a few discounts here and there for small things ended up saving a ton compared to dealership prices

The repairs or service I have received at Ally are on time and within the budget we discussed prior to the work. Ally is professional and a great value in automotive service industry.

I called for a quote on my van, the woman who answered the phone was horribly rude, and hung up when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back, asked for a supervisor, the same woman said its me and then hung up again. Absolutely absurd! I dont know how they are in business by the way they treat customers. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve been here a couple times now and each time has been great. First was right when u moved here for college, and my car’s belt went out along with some of the pulley’s that keep it in place. The autozone next door to Jeremiah’s was selling me weird looking parts when I was trying to do it on my own. He actually came in and explained everything to me, told me what I’d need to do it on my own, and ultimately when I failed I brought it to him and he fixed it just fine. The other time I had a check engine light on, and Jeremiah actually called me numerous times with updates, explanations, and questions. It was really refreshing to find a place that was as solid as he was all the way around. Highly recommend to any and all.

We, showed up for our car to see the car doctor, Told they what we have heard and felt what was going, and about 5 minutes later are car was seen. Let us know what was wrong with it give the prices on what needed to be do at that time plus some other things, which they said could wait. We were told it would approx. 3 hrs, and it took not quite 2 hrs. We will NOT take our car to any other (Car Doctor). Thank You Ally Auto.

Called Ally auto service due to my jeep all of a sudden over heating. They got me in right away and was able to find the problem. My first time at Ally Auto Services, I was looking for someone to get an oil change as I was heading to Lincoln and my car was in need of a oil change bad. I went to Jiffy Lubes and they would not do it as my hood had some damage. Jeremiah got me in and went above and beyond in sending me off with the best option for my car! And honestly it wasn’t even the fact that he got me in it was the feel you got while waiting. I had my son with me which we all know Kids don’t sit very long in one place. But Jeremiah’s mom and Jeremiah were so kind and continued to talk to him and it kinda Had a very warm feeling almost like you were at home or part of the family! I will from this point on go to Ally Auto Service for all work that I need done on my car!

I am relieved to say that I have finally found a mechanic that has my best interest in mind. Jerimiah and Larry quickly found the issue I was having with my van. They fixed it in a more then reasonable time and at a VERY fair price.

Had a clutch replaced here. Jeremiah went above and beyond to repair it in a timely manner and the exact parts I requested. Had some minor problems along the way (exhaust rusted/ pieces broken) replaced it no problem. Even helped me out with some small welds to quiet the noise. I am new to town and definitely will be back!

Way over priced! This place told my mom she needs a ball joint and tires. The tires are $49 at Walmart, and it cost her over 600. They initially said she needed a ball joint also until I called them and miraculously the ball joint fixed itself.

He was referred to me by a friend. I had him replace my rack and pinion. He did an amazing job at a great price. He didnt try to upsell. Honest and fair!!! I will be going to him for all my work from now on. Thanks Jeremiah!
