Car was in a flood Saturday. Contacted Don and Rons Monday afternoon for an inspection, they helped arrange a tow to their lot. By Tuesday afternoon Gary gave me a call to tell me everything was sent in to insurance and I can come by to grab anything I needed anytime. Super quick, organized, and very professionally handled.

I took my car in to get a dent out of the passenger door. They did paint less dent work. It looks beautiful. They did an exceptional job and even detailed it inside and out. The job they did was awesome you cannot even tell where the dent was. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. If you need body work on your car this is the place to go. Love these guys! First time I ever used them was after an accident in April 2017 when my drivers side rear bumper and tail-light were smashed by a SUV trying to get into the turning lane while I was stopped at a red light. I was able to drop off my car the day after the accident. They helped me get a rental car then handled all the details through the insurance company of the person who hit me. My car was done in less than a week and looked like nothing ever happened.Second time I used them was November 2020 where my car was broken into overnight and severely vandalized. They were super busy so it took a couple of weeks to get my car in to start repairs. The drivers side door had a lot of scratches and dents, the entire lock cylinder ripped out of the door, a window busted out, and weather stripping was damaged. Once they got my car in, they were done in a week and my car again looked like nothing ever happened. These guys always put me at ease and are so professional, polite, friendly, and down-to-earth. They answer all your questions so anybody can understand what they are doing. They are also great at communicating with you via email and text messages to let you know what is going on. I will always use these guys as long as they are around and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

I took my truck in late Monday morning for light front end repair, the truck was repaired, fresh paint, ready for pickup Tuesday at 3:00 PM. Also freshly cleaned and washed.

My car came back in like new condition including an interior detail which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Don and Rons for anyone who needs collision work for their vehicle.

My car was hit by a driver and the driver drove off so I needed to get my car repaired. All other collision places couldnt get me in until August 3rd. I called Carstar and spoke to Gary, emailed him my insurance estimate and he called back same day to get me in on July 29th. I dropped my car off at 840 am, picked up my rental at 850 am and was heading to work by 9am. I was given updates on repairs to my vehicle and it was the most easiest process I had ever had. And my car looks brand new and you cant tell there was ever any damage. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs collision repairs.

My 2004 Honda Crv is more beautiful than I could even imagine after cement mixture of gravel and muck and mire attacked my car. I am so thankful I went with my insurance recommendation. I really cant say enough positive things about this place. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite & friendly from the first time I walked in. I used Don & Rons after my car was egged & the shells went through the paint. When the work was done there was a spot that looked like it had a small bubble, I was a bit nervous to go down & show them but Darrin & Harold (with Geico) made it such an easy process. Darrin looked at it & said we will get that fixed & make everything right. And boy did they ever. The car looked better than it did when I bought it, I highly recommend this place.

Dont know how they honestly got best in omaha. The repairs look alright, feel like they could have done bertter. I was upset that packaging from parts was left in my back seat and the interior was dusty like they were climging all over my seats with shoes on. The customer service was horable I had my son with me and they watched me struggle to get things moved from my rental and my car. I was recommended by my insurance company, but would never go back.

Waited 40 minutes for my GEICO estimate despite coming early. They also delayed sending compensation until 2nd reminder on phone.
