This place was amazing! After having someone run into the back of my car I chose this place to fix it and couldn’t be happier my car looks brand new and they use all the manufacture parts!

After being rear-ended I was concerned about who would do the work for my leased vehicle. B Street was recommended by the dealership and not only did they have a warranty and could guarantee the work, they were a pre-authorized repair shop of insurance company. This made the process much faster and smooth. the rental car was there when I dropped my vehicle off and ready for me to drive. Literally no hassle from the estimate to completed repairs.

B Street does great work! I was able to get in and get an estimate the same day I called. Very comprehensive, written up, and they gave me a copy as well as emailed it to me. I got another estimate, and they were both competitively priced. I wasnt able to have work done for a couple of weeks afterward, called them back, and they pulled it right up, got me scheduled and in a few days later. Work was done 2 days earlier than expected, and it looks great. I was working with a 3rd party for payment, they didnt use their insurance provider, and B Street handled that as well, calling that party, explaining the repairs and pricing, which took that off of my plate. Picked my car up, was able to drop the rental car right there as well, which was convenient. When I picked it up, they had washed the outside, and cleaned the inside, it looked great! They use new parts, and provide a lifetime warranty on their work. Will definitely use again myself, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was in a minor fender bender. My insurance company-USAA-sent me to B Street Collision. They were conveniently located to my work, assisted me with a rental car and kept me informed of every step of the process. My car was ready to be picked up the day they said it would be ready. I hope I don’t need a body shop in the future, but if I do it will be B Street Collision.

We have used B street twice now. Probably the best auto body shop Ive worked with. The estimates are quick and thorough. They completed both vehicles we brought to them sooner then they estimated. They do above quality work and employees were very pleasant to talk to and very informative. We will continue to use B Street in the future. I definitely recommend their services.

Brought car in to fix a dent in the front bumper. They had the car for 4 days. Picked up car and the front grille was wavy and they also scatched my drivers side door. Took car back the following week. Had car for 2 days and finally fixed grille issue and scratch on door. I would not recommend unless you want to make multiple trips for your repair.

Update; I had to update this...as I got to talk to the original guy I worked with and he had me bring my car back in. Yes, a minor convenience, but they (for the most part) kinda of corrected the issue. They found an issue they and I missed and fixed it and also fixed my wiper that they didnt put on correctly the first time. That said, the interior roof still had some dirty finger prints on it that still wasnt cleaned up after the fact...even the second time I got the car back. SMH.Original post; Very disappointing to pick up my car this week with 1) a tiny dent still in my passenger door that wasnt fixed and 2) an extremely dirty/dusty car from maybe them sanding or finishing my body work??….that should have been cleaned out prior to me picking up. Not to mention dirty dirty finger prints on my interior roof from the mechanics touching all over inside. I appreciated the text updates and how quick my car “seemed” to have been finished but I guess these bad issues are the price I had to pay for getting it back sooner than thought.

Very good work. My vehicle appeared as if nothing had ever happened when they were finished. They worked with me to get my vehicle repaired within budget so that my vehicle would not be totaled after I had an accident whereby I hit a patch of black ice on the interstate and slammed into the concrete barriers in the median, head-on.

The great staff were up front about the whole process, and made everything easy.

Quoted $1200 and then charged $2400 with repairs started before notifying me of huge cost difference. No hidden damage to justify cost increase. Keys were locked inside car upon pickup.

Our vechicle was in the shop for a month. When we picked it up, the vechicle still had something go wrong before we even took it off the lot that should have been caught. Now its gonna be another few days before its fixed. The vechicle should have been in working order when we went to get it and wasnt. Also experienced rude customer service when we called in to check on the status which is unacceptable as well. Poor communication is a huge issue. I highly do not reccomend this place.

I cant say enough good things about this business and the fantastic customer service provided by all of the people that work there. They have high integrity, and I appreciated their honest assessment of my vehicles repair needs. They went above and beyond to help and thoroughly explain everything throughout the estimate, insurance claims, rental car, and repair processes. They communicated with me via text, calls, and emails every couple of days. My vehicle was ready 7 days earlier than the estimated completion date and it was shiny and clean when I picked it up. I will definitely be taking any future business back to B Street and referring my friends and family.

My car was taking in on a insurance claim. One of the parts that was getting replaced had aftermarket work done to it. My initial thought was that they wouldn’t touch it so I was already in the process of scheduling to get the aftermarket work done again after i picked up my car . Surprisingly when i picked up my vehicle l, BStreet knew exactly who did the aftermarket work, and had the part taken to him to get replaced! I was definitely not expecting that at all. Great customer service . Great work.

B Street Collision Center was super easy to work with - they came in with the lowest bid to replace the bed panel of my pickup truck and stuck very closely to that estimate. Furthermore, they quoted me roughly 7-9 days and were finished in 4 days! While Ive been to other collision centers around Omaha that have also been exceptional, I would highly recommend B Street and would go back to them if anything else arises.

B Street did a phenomenal job repairing our 2018 Ford F-150! We traveled 513 miles to have our truck repaired after a hail storm tore through northern Colorado. Body shops were estimating 9 + months for repairs which initiated our search for an out of state option. B Street got us in right away and had our truck repaired before their estimated date of completion. Best customer reviews within an 800 mile radius for a reason!Thank you Travis! Use caution and have proof of all of your discussions when dealing with any employee of B street Collision Center. Our estimate was around $4600.00 when we went to pick up our truck the bill was $5800.00. and the job was not even completed. They did not fix 2 or 3 dents. Very poor communications between the employees. We got rear ended while on vacation and then the tow company caused the $4600.00 in damages to the front end of our truck and the insurance company refused to pay the towing damages so we had to pay the front end damage part of the repairs. We asked B Street to save all of the damaged parts because we would need them for our claim and or lawsuit to get these towing damages covered. B Street agreed to save the parts for us, however they did not save them. We feel the damaged parts will be an important part of our efforts to recover our costs that we paid. Once again very unprofessional and poor communications. B Street is refusing to finish the job unless we pay them more. P.S. watch out for the $110.00 health check for your vehicle! BUYER BEWARE. From my first visit for an estimate, the drop off until the repair was completed, I was impressed with the service I received. Its refreshing that there are still companies that understand the importance of customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

They are fast, accurate and dependable. Like any auto body shop I expect them to work with my insurance, but they took the level of customer service tip the next tier. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgable. These quality of their work is outstanding. Their cost is slightly more than most, however for the above mentioned reasons I have no problem paying a little more. I know when I drive out of their shop I can have faith in my vehicle.
