After my truck got rear ended, I was working with the claims adjuster and she was extremely difficult to deal with. I spoke with Mike at autobody concepts and after filling him in, he ran with everything. He called the claims adjuster directly and coordinated everything from the repair work to setting up the rental car reservation. The customer service was hands down some of the best around and the repair work is right up there as well. I will definitely go back for any repairs I ever have in the future.

Great place and I would highly recommend taking your car here to be serviced. My car was damaged when somebody backed into my front end in a parking lot.State Farm Gave me a list of Authorized Auto Body shops and after reading the reviews I chose Auto Body Concepts and couldnt be more happier with my decision, the quote was Fast and simple, my car was worked on in a timely manner and repaired to like new status. Love the Life Time warranty that comes with their work. Must say I thought my experience was gonna be a Long Drawn out Pain Full one but coulndt be farther from the truth it was the total opposite.

They did everything they said they were going to when they were going to and my truck look great!

I had a great experience with Auto Body Concepts. They were in the middle of my 3 quotes I got, but they kept in contact with me during the quote process and also throughout the repair. Also, they only use factory oem parts to repair so you aren’t getting anything less than quality. They took care all of the insurance headaches and really put my mind at ease. The customer service was exactly what I needed when i felt like the insurance company was forcing me to go to their partner to get my truck fixed. Mike and his team at Auto Body Concepts are AMAZING! I was referred to them by State Farm due to my car being damaged in an accident. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, had everything done by Friday afternoon. The entire process was very simple, Mike made sure I understood everything, and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The work that was done on my vehicle is excellent, I am beyond thrilled with it. They even detailed my car!! That was a huge surprise and was so appreciated. The inside of the business is very nice. I was in and out in less than a half hour for extensive hail damage. The lobby is really nice it smells good it’s very comfortable, the owner met me personally and was very congenial and pleasant. State farm allows them to do the estimates so I did not have to go to two separate locations in order to resolve the hill damage issues with my car.

BEST experience I’ve ever had with an auto body repair business! They were so personable, honest, punctual and great in communicating the process/timeline of repair on my 4Runner! I can’t say enough how much I would recommend going here. Mike and Debbie are fantastic! One more positive? My truck was done before the estimated date even with the holidays so we were able to drive it home for Christmas instead of using our rental! Great all around.

Nate took great care of my car! Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy environment. Mike stayed in contact with me through out the whole process and gave me updates. I could not be more impressed with the quality of service and workmanship. I had two large collisions to my vehicle and they were repaired with the utmost care. The car was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. The manager, Michael Smith, was super friendly, professional and detailed. We will not go anywhere else for repairs.

Havent had any work done here yet, but stopped in for an estimate for a creaking door hinge. The staff was amazingly friendly and they even took my truck back to see if they could just fix it quick without any official service. I definitely plan to come to them with any auto body need and will recommend them on for sure.

Had some body damage with my rear bumper and was looking for the right body shop in town. Generally body repair shops give heavy quotes and put you in a situation to go through insurance. I spoke with Corey over the phone and he gave me same day appointment. I was suspecting that I will have to replace my bumper and it’s going to cost me around 1000 bucks. But they advised me not to replace bumper and wait until something happens in future. Instead they fixed the same bumper and didn’t charge me a penny. Weve used Auto Body Concepts for body work, and repairs. A few years back, someone hit my car and Auto Body replaced the front bumper. Over the past year, the paint (on that part only) bubbled and peeled. I took the car back, and the insurance company of the young man who hit my car, refused to make it right. A few weeks later, Mike, the owner, called, and said he was going to fix my car. Mike, out of his own pocket and time, replaced the bumper. It looks great, and I am thrilled with such a great outcome when I had given up. Thank you, Mike!

I recently had work done here and could not have been happier with the outcome. They were very easy to work with and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. They even vacuumed and washed the car which I felt was a kind and unexpected gesture. I would highly recommend them!

Had to get my bumper replaced and heard great things about this shop from others so I gave them the work. Got a great deal and when I took my car home everything looked like it did before the pole destroyed my bumper; perfect color matching, lines all evenly matched. Couldnt ask for much more.

Quality of work was very good, but it took longer than expected. Also wasnt noted in final listing on work spec sheet that front tire, driver, was getting thin on tread. Other 2 tires on passenger side looked real good,thats it.

Replaced the radiator support on our 2001 Nissan Maxima. Very happy with the job performed. Price was appropriate, quality workmanship, very polite and friendly, performed in timely manner and cleaned the car up much more than I expected when completed. I would definitely return again if needed and I will recommend to friends and family.

What a Nightmare! They had the car longer than expected and the final bill was twice the amount quoted by the insurance company! I fully understand that is is common for insurance companies to write their estimates low but the final bill was nuts. Things like setup welder and wash the car were line items on the bill. It was extremely time consuming and frustrating to go back and forth with the insurance company and the body shop. It upsets me greatly because I have taken them buisness in the past with no issues. I felt like they held my car hostage and our past experience ment nothing. I pray that this does not happen to anyone else.

So pleased that Mike was willing to take off his kid gloves and battle with the insurance company on my behalf. Very happy to have my clean, like brand new Jeep, back!
