What a fantastic experience it was to live at The Duke! Hats off to Heather and her excellent staff. They were very accommodating to us when we needed to find a place on short notice. You can tell they like what they do, and it shows; they put together events for the tenants and take great care of the facilities. Most importantly, the incredible team wont hesitate to help you if you run into a problem -- big or small.The facilities themselves are top-notch. Theres a full gym, pool, bbq grills, rooftop community center, and my personal fav - the Amazon hub.I rented a top-floor, east-facing apartment with lots of natural light and modern appliances and decor. The suite was more than enough space for my family of 4 (2 humans and 2 felines). All in all, I was pleased with my experience, and I highly recommend moving here if youre considering it.

Don’t even know where to start with this place. The front doors breaks literally every week not even exaggerating, the parking lot smells like sewage from time to time and it’s disgusting. The front office will be nice to you before you sign your contract and then they’ll just stop carrying afterwards. Bottom line they only care about your money and not the service the provide.

We love living at The Duke! We moved here from New Jersey and Emily was so helpful every step of the way. Our apartment is so spacious and the whole community is very welcoming. This apartment complex really has everything you could need...beautiful apartments, a gym, pool, various lounge spaces, and a dog park! Our fellow residents are so friendly and respectful, which is a huge bonus moving from out of state.The staff here always makes us feel welcomed and are so responsive to any and all needs. It is the perfect place to live for us!

I have lived in these apartments since Dec and they have been really great so far. The staff is extremely friendly and very transparent with communications to residents via email or in the office. The grounds are clean and the maintenance is swift and friendly if you happen to run into one of them. Gym and amenities are very nice too! Its also a nice mix of residents that are for the most part quiet.

I have lived here for 6 weeks now. The management team has been very friendly, professional and responsive to me and my family. The location is top notch. The apartments are new and high quality. I dont have any complaints. My only regret is that I did not move in sooner.

We moved in right after they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences in this community. Management is great, apartments are new, and maintenance is quick and efficient.Amenities are second to none. Location in the city is great and close to Blackstone and Dundee! Highly recommend!

Moved here in April from the Chicago area. Happy the gym and pool are now open! No clue what all the bad reviews are about 🤷‍♀️ Ive had nothing but a great experience. I highly recommend this place!

Modern, nice apartments with great access to Dundee and Blackstone districts. Great place if you have a dog because you will have lots of company for them in the dog run on site, but unfortunately no dog wash area that most other upscale apartment complexes in Omaha have. Would be nice if they installed one. Initially had some issues with a broken A/C unit but it was quickly fixed. Overall we like living here.

We moved from Virginia and weren’t able to do much “boots on the ground” searching. Emily, the assistant property manager, did a Skype tour with us and was amazingly communicative as we were making up our mind on locations. I am THRILLED that we chose The Duke! The amenities and location alone are worth it, but the people make it one hundred times better. I have zero complaints.

Young blonde receptionist needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to smile. Everyone else is amazing and super nice!

So I live close by and a couple times I’ve walked my dog passed these apartment and the tenets are very disrespectful one tenet saw me walking passed and decided to SCREAM horrible things at me. I would never recommend anyone to live there.

I live near the apartments & was considering applying, but all I ever see is drunks and drug attics walking up an down Douglas trying to break in the gated parking areas all the time. Just doesn’t seem as safe as it may look.

These people are RACIST! They have been messing with my children and I since we have lived here. I hate it. The pool also,hasnt been open since weve lived here it is horrible! Im,calling my lawyer for the harrassment

The residents are rude and come off racist.
