Very pleasant staff. Helpful and easy to talk to. Brought our patio door in to be rescreened and they told us it could be up to a week due to Labor day holiday...it was cool with us. The next day, got a call that it was finished. The woman was so sweet and excited to tell us it was done!

I had a full window replacement in my 1970s era house with Milgard windows. Kell-Chucks bid came in significantly lower then the others, so I went with them. The crew showed up on time and were great! They had everything done in less than 6 hours and didnt leave a trace that they were even there - other than my beautiful new windows. I was expecting to have a lot of clean up to do, but all I had to do was rehang my curtains. I am beyond pleased! Thank you to Kell-Chuck Glass and to the great crew that did the work.

I visited back in July, to get some glass cut for a specific automotive project I was working on. The glass was ready next day for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly and communicative.

In December 2019, we had all the windows in our house replaced with Milgard energy efficient windows. We were hoping for lower electric bills and more comfort in our home. We have had mostly Milgard windows since 1972. We are very happy with the results. No more drafty windows. We paid a little more for one patio door with a doggy door in it, much better than our old one that did its job, but was always drafty. Another big plus are the locks on the patio doors and windows as they are so easy to use. They glide easily, and lock the same way.The men installing the windows were polite,and efficient. This on a cold rainey and a little windy day. All was accomplished in one day. All the old windows were taken away as well as all the trash.We will continue being customers of Kell-Chuck Glass as we saw another project we can accomplish while in the show room.I have to say that Milgard stand by the quality of their glass, in that they even replaced a catch on one of our old windows, as it was one of theirs. Although their bid was higher than several others, it also included several things the others did not such as a building permit. The installation was done quickly and correctly. My house and yard were left clean. I also had doors installed. There was a concern about one of the handsets but it was quickly taken care of by the door manufacturer. Overall I am very pleased dealing with Kell Chuck glass.

I love these guys!!! I love that they are a local business that’s been around a long time. We used them for mirrors and shower glass/frame when we built our house. Anytime I’ve gone in to get some rubber seals and gaskets for the shower, they have just given them to me at no cost. Then recently I had a shower door bracket issue. They advised me to contact the manufacturer since it has a lifetime warranty. So I did and they sent me a new bracket and hardware at no charge. Not wanting to mess up our shower door, I called Kell Chuck to do the install and I was willing to pay. The tech came out today for the install. He took one look and called his boss. The tech got off the phone and told me there wouldn’t be a charge and to have a merry Xmas. The tech installed everything for free and did a great job. This is the kind of service that makes you want to do business with them all the time. We will definitely be doing future business with them. We love this local business!!

Kell-Chuck is great!!! In particular a shout-out for Andy who was helping us with a Milgard issue. Kell-Chuck did not install the door so they werent obligated to help but Andy came to our house anyway. The solution wasnt immediately apparent so we thought we would have to wait for Milgard to solve it. Then, I got an email early the next day from Andy saying he had thought about it over night and came up with a solution!!!! This is the sort of touch-back that so many vendors dont do but that Kell-Chuck does. An unqualified rave!

According to the website it says Come down to our showroom! they have no show room. The receptionist directed us to another woman. That woman just told us we cant help you unless we come take measurements we just had questions like is a wood door better then fiberglass? Can you paint a fiberglass door ect. We got absolutely no help. We got told I can give you a brochure thanks for nothing well go to Lowes.

Ive had my house for 30+ years and updated window inserts 20+ years ago but many had started to fail and its no fun with fuzz between two panes of glass. Kell-Chuck glass replaced our old windows, installed some new ones and provided new windows and a door that we would install ourselves. The installation went nearly perfectly and when a small issue arose Kell-Chuck happily dealt with it — without any intervention on our part. The team that did the installation was very efficient and seem to clearly enjoy each other and the work they were doing; it took only half a day to install 9 windows. We are confident that they would do very good work in the future should we need their services again and if anybody were to ask us what company we would recommend we would give them Kell-Chuck’s name without reservation.

Kell-Chuck committed to measure a picture window for replacement within two weeks-- two weeks passed and no word. I called and was told that because of a recent storm they were too busy and could not commit to measure in the current week, the week after, and really not certain when they would make it. This storm arrived after I called and had already been committed to a time frame. You decide if you want to work with a company that misses a commitment, doesnt bother to inform you, and then blows you off because an act of god came along and gave them a windfall. I found it disgusting.

We have an older double oven range with a glass oven door that cracked on the inside of the smaller oven door. We assumed that was the final blow for the old girl. We checked around several appliances places (used and new ) and online. We were told that it was sort of, maybe, possible to get a replacement piece of tempered glass for the oven door but it would probably cost ALOT! Possibly $150.00 to $175.00 (if) they could find the glass. I stopped by KellChuck Glass as my last hope. Took the small oven door inside, a very friendly gentleman looked at it and then said sure, I think we can fix it. I asked, do you know about how much it would cost? He straight faced replied, ALOT. This good old boy then looked at me and started laughing! He then said, how about $21.00? He said, We will order the tempered glass, cut it to size, install it in the oven door and it should be ready for you to to pick up in just a few days. All I could say was, wait,what? Anyway, needless to say, I had a flashback experience of the old days when customers were treated friendly, personally and fairly. No, KellChuck Glass Company will not get rich on my $21.00 replacement glass. But they will get every possible referral I can throw their way in appreciation for good, old fashioned customer service and respect. Oh, the good old days.........
