Came in initially to get chip repair. They immediately notice a sagging front windshield with rust and paint chips on the edges and quoted me on that. They do all types of glass work from home to auto - I see them as a one-stop-shop for all your glass needs. These guys are the real deal. Scheduling is easy and they were quick to repair my windshield and surrounding paint.They certainly went above and beyond. Customer service and quality work is important to them. I will be definitely doing business with them in the future!

I was hugely disappointed as “Kurt” was having issues speaking into the phone or lacks customer service experience. Either way disappointed that a place with such reviews lacked ability to communicate with the customer. Good luck if you choose to use!

These guys are absolutely the best. I brought them a classic German car that no one in town would touch.... They were able to install a side glass and it worked great. They had no instruction or guide and were able to get the job done. And they are nice guys too.... Enjoy the tacos boys...

We just had our back quarter window replaced. We called late afternoon yesterday and were able to bring our vehicle in the next morning and have everything ready to go in just a couple hours. Cheaper than Safelite and faster. Were very happy with the service, thank you.

I trusted the reviews and couldnt be happier that I did. Jesse and crew made beautiful, affordable glass shelves for us and then made a huge mirror for a tricky space. Jesse offered good solutions for some problems posed by the space, installed when he said he would, and came in under the estimate. Jesse and Travis were very professional and conscientious when installing the mirror in our home and called en route to let me know that theyd hit traffic and might be a little late. (They werent.) I really cant praise their work enough. If you need glass work, go with this company!

Call to get a quote for removal advise my name and business name he states hes not in the mood for a sales call ? (We are a local repair shop )Then I ask for pricing on a window removal he states he can not give one and I ask availability then he says we are just to busy. Does not give me a price or time available to schedule....We have been in business in Olympia for 37 years. This is now how I expected my phone call to schedule glass to go.

I manage furnishings in eight furnished homes (counting my own). Periodically, I will have a need to cut just the right piece of glass, replace broken glass in a picture.....you name it. I believe that from time to time, I actually have challenged them. But, they have yet to be befuddled. They are up to the challenge. They are my best choice and they should be yours as well. And, by the way, they also do auto glass.

My Honda pilot windshield had a leak. Called a few places and they wanted me to change out the entire windshield. Called Jesse and requested if he could look in to the issue. Didnt want a perfectly fine windshield to go into the landfill. He found the pin size leak, sealed it and fixed the issue. I am a happy customer. Thank you!

Dropped off window screens 3 weeks ago a number of sizes. Called today 8am asked about my order. I was told to give them my number and they would call back. 1:30 called again and was told to remeasure and place a new order. I dropped off all the screens I removed from the windows.

Over charged sold me a compromised storm window Admitted that they lied about window sizes to customers. Made me pay for a more expensive window up front then delivered a cheaper compromised window. Said they would credit back and did not. Total scammers do not buy anything from Advanced Glass they are horrible

Do not try to use some commercial place like Safelite when repairing windshields! Use Advance Glass! They quoted me $32 (they only charged for one out of two chips) and they finished in half an hour. Safelite was going to charge me $170 for the same procedure. Advance Glass was very kind and professional and there was no pressure of any kind. I highly recommend them.

I was so convinced the water leak was caused by a leaking windshield that I instructed them to replace the windshield on my Ford Ranger instead of first doing a pressure test. They called and informed me that they did a courtesy test and determined that the windshield was not the source of the leak. Their honesty saved me the cost of an unneeded windshield replacement.

Fair, honest and fantastic service

Called advance to make an appt. 2 days later showed up on time and was told I was not on their schedule - this cost me an hour of pay. The two guys there didnt seem to bothered - this must happen alot. Kinda glad though because after seeing the two guys I felt that a quality job done would be risky. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional place to have your glass work done - even if it costs alittle more.
