South Sound came in and did a fine job of wall and floor demo after a septic overflow. unfortunately my wife paid Nick the owner in advance our $1,0000 deductible at his request, then they also were paid in full by the insurance company including the deductible amount. Neither Nick nor Tiffany will respond to our request and I have not been able to get my deductible money back? and now am $1,000.00 dollars short on paying the rebuild contractor.Dishonesty is worse than poor quality!!

We had a horrible leak a month ago. Called in and they came in the next day and got the job done within a week !! I really enjoyed how the workers were professional and did everything perfect.Idefinitely recommend these guys for the job !!

Their box van driver getting off the 38th E exit on I-5 @ ~11am 10/15/15 didnt even look up as he was merging onto 38th st. I seen him coming and laid on the horn of my F250 (not a small or easy to miss vehicle) before he hit me. The guy finally looked up, and then proceeded to roll fown the window to flip me the bird. What quality employees you have there! Hope that this doesnt translate into quality of work and/or quality of company....

Everyday I wake in the morning and i no longer smell that Godawful smell of sewer that i had to live with for 2weeks,Thanks to Ms.Tiffany,and the gentleman Nicholas,,and their employees,,their company can give lessons to all others in the buisness on fast and efficientness work,plus they are just so right in the pocketbook,,.I would recomend them to any who need any type of repair.

These guys were horrible they came to the house and said we were gonna have lije 1500 dollars damage from water and it needed to be dried out and all they did was ran fans and charged 1500.00 for it or something like that. This group rip us off and we will never work with em again if we pisibky can help it. We were not happy with the service we got

They went to my friends house and lied about all kinds of stuff was going to charge them $6000 And when pressed further about the situation they came back and said its only $2000. Horrible horrible
