The individual (Scott) that came out was incredibly professional and informative. I honestly feel like the vast information he provided alone was worth the fee. My wife put about 5 pounds of chicken down the garbage disposal, so the clog didnt come free very quickly but these guys were able to take care of it as well as provide some future maintenance advice to maintain drain health. My neighbor recommended Roto Rooter to me as I had an old galvanized water supply line that started leaking. What a professional crew! William was able to quickly diagnose and address the source of the leak. Because of the amount of damage the leak caused, the water restoration team was brought in. Finesse and Sam arrived the same day to start mitigating the water damage. They were courteous, conscientious and empathetic to what was going on as the outlook was not good. With it being a 1973 mobile home, it looked as if it may be a total loss.Now the fun part of the debacle ... the insurance company. Shout out to Jason Payne, the water restoration manager, who advocated on my behalf to the insurance company. It was already stressful to find out about the extensive damage, but it was exacerbated by a desk adjuster that was MIA. Jason kept on top of it, super responsive and provided proactive communication which was greatly appreciated. When discovering the insurance coverage was lacking, Jason was extremely accommodating. It was such a nice change to be treated with respect regardless of my home or coverage.I cannot say enough great things about the team at Roto Rooter. I highly recommend and would utilize them again in the future!

User beware of the 24hr service... or their lack of.I manage a inpatient health care facility and needed a rooter service at 9pm and was told dispatch would call within the hour to let us know when a tech would be out. Got a call at 11pm to tell me a technician would be out at 8am the next day. I waited until 8:30 for someone to show up to only call and find out nobody has been dispatched and someone would be out within 2 hours... would not recommend calling them afterhours.Update: Too little, too late Mr. Swanson. I gave our local branch manager a call/voicemail and 72 hours later still no call. If my local RR branch is not willing to call me back then they are not worth my business.

The six mont guarantee really gave me peace of mind. He was also able to recommend a monthly treatment to help keep built up residue from causing more issues. The customer service representative I spoke to (I believe her name was Ynez) was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. Scott, the technician, showed up within the assigned window and was exceedingly friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable when asking about the issue/our habits and suggested helpful tips to preclude future drain issues. Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with and we were very satisfied with our Roto-Rooter experience.

Amazed that we got an appointment so quickly. As promised, we were called 30-45 minutes prior to plumber showing up. The plumber was very efficient and helpful. He explained what needed to happen to bring our water heater up to code and what the cost would be. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. Great service!

We had our kitchen sink clogged, after some testing I realized the clogging was not from our pvc pipes and inside the main line. We contacted Roto rooter and got Sam. What a delight! Not only he fixed our problem and completely re configured the pipes under the kitchen sink, he also went out of his way to find our main line to the street and gave us pointers on how to maintain our sewer line unclogged. 10/10, would recommend to anyone, Ask for Sam!

So its 10pm on a Saturday night and water from our upstairs toilet ends up in the downstairs toilet, which, of course, doesnt have room for it all.. Theres clearly a blockage somewhere. Called Roto-Rooter in Olympia and a tech was able to be there by midnight. Alas, he wasnt able to get the snake to the blockage. He recommended setting up an appointment with the jetting service which he did (these folks have a camera that can discover where the problems are and use high pressure water to clear the roots). The next day (SUNDAY!) Rich made his way to our house spent a few minutes looking at our cleanout and rapidly discovered that it had been installed incorrectly (pointing upstream rather than downstream) which is why the snake didnt work. He said that if we could get the cleanout fixed he would come back and clear the blockage. We managed to get the cleanout turned around and, as promised, Rich came back, ran the camera out to the blockage to verify that it was a tree root problem, ran the jet to clear it out and within about 45 minutes problem solved. I had visions of being without working plumbing for a week but Roto-Rooter got us up and running within 24 hours. I am so grateful for their efforts and absolutely professional service.BTW: You should think about using the jetting service if you have a clogged sewer line rather than the normal snake even though its more expensive. Once done, and with regular application of root remover (which Roto-Rooter can provide) youll probably never have a problem again. It was worth the extra money.

Horrible communication. Waited 2.5 hours to call and check in to see if someone was actually coming and they said we were never entered into the schedule. Waited another 2.5 hours for them to say no one could even come to Shelton after they said someone would be there. Got a call at 7:30 the next day saying someone would be there in an hour. No one showed up. I called and told them nevermind dont bother coming. Awhile later someone still came and gave us a ridiculous quote.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter Service Tech. Curt (#2215). He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and polite. He took time to explain everything before hand and was very patient with my questions. His appearance was very professional. His uniform was clean, well fitting and he even used shoe covers to protect my floors. He worked with great efficiency and the job was complete very quickly. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Curt to anyone who need any plumbing services.

Wish I could give zero stars. We called in to get an estimate on a clogged drain, they told us they would not give an estimate over the phone but rather when they arrived we said ok. They said someone would be over in 2 hours, 2 1/2 hours pass and nothing so we give them a call and they say we are not on the schedule and they never have heard of us. So we once again schedule a visit and they once again tell us 2 hours and 2 1/2 hours pass and nothing so we call back again and they say nobody is coming today but can make it in the morning the next day. At 730 AM I get a call saying somebody will be over in 1 hour. At 930 we call and tell them not to even bother coming, we are sick of playing this game, then at 10 someone actually shows up and he immediately tells me its going to be about $500 to do a 5 min job. I had already diconnected the toilet and all that needed to be done was run the auger. I cant believe a company that is this unorganized and shady manages to get enough work to to keep its name alive. Absolute circus.

Ive used roto-rooters a couple of times. Both of my experiences have been great from beginning to end. The prices are pretty reasonable and the work is always great.

Had a leak on a water heater pipe. Technician Joe came to the rescue and got it all fixed in 20 minutes. Really appreciated Joe coming in last minute and during dinner time.

Great service. Responded within 1/2 hour of call. Sergey diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate. He proceeded to resolve the issue skillfully. Sergey was very professional and polite. I am so happy with the service made an appointment for some routine maintenance work.

Had Toan (6849) come out to clear a clogged drain line. He was fantastic, and very efficient. Got the clog taken care of in short order and gave us advice to prevent future clogs from happening. Overall great experience, would recommend.

Called Roto-Rooter yesterday and they had someone out to our house in less than 24 hours. Moe came to our house to check out our tub and was very nice and took the time to explain the problem to me. We though our issue was going to be much worse, we thought we had a mainline issue but turns out it was just the shower drain that was clogged! Very happy with the quick turn around and Moe was really nice to work with. My only issue is that it was still $450 for less than 30mins work.

Called on July 4th and they were quick to respond. They had to do a lot of work to get our sewer connection back up and running. They made sure that they did not have to take down the fence and it was kept in wonderful order. The yard which had to be dug up looked pretty darn good when they completed the job. The sod was put back down and the mess was cleaned up. The employees were professional and courteous. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs.

I was literally just charged $250 to snake a toilet. At the house for 14 minutes. This was not a flush to the street, this was a guest throwing a feminine product! $250!! When we wanted a manager’s number to find out why this was such an outlandish charge we were told we could not have a number but instead the tech called someone that he put on speaker telling the tech to call the police!😆😂idiots on parade!! The guy that came out was super unfriendly and was going to charge me $450 off the bat just to dig up the septic system which had literally been dig up three days before so the dirt was still loose. He knew this and still gave me that quote knowing it wouldnt take him more than 10 minutes to dig it up. He didnt even go inside and look at the issue going on, i felt as if he simply didnt want to take the job on so I sent him out the door.Ended up getting the entire job ( digging and all) done for $150 through a mom and pop business owner. He showed me exactly what the problem was and how I could even fix it myself in the future. He got the job done quick and was much more friendly on top of it. I HIGHLY reccomend Steadfast plumbing. Ran by an awesome husband & wife team who truly cares. He has all the same equipment as the bigger companies What charges a fraction of the price.

This company has the worst customer service first they lie to you about when they will show up then they dont even have the courtesy to call you when they cant make it I ended up doing the work myself do not call them or you will be sorry

My experience with ROTO Rooter was awful & excellent. I called to schedule an appointment for french drain jetting THREE times dispatch told me someone would come out within a window of time & THREE times I waited for service only nobody ever showed up. On the second call a service guy called me at 10:30pm when my window was from 12-4pm. It was incredibly frustrating. I ended up using a plumber who could not fix the issue so we went on line and scheduled with roto rooter as a last attempt (verses my unsuccessful attempts at calling and using dispatch). Within an hour Ken called us and was at our house an hour after that, he was amazing and fixed our issue after 3 hours of work. If you have drain issues they are the GO TO company be persistent and schedule online.

One year ago I had to have Roto-Rooter complete some major sewer work for me. My bill was substantial and the repair was necessitated by tree roots growing into my sewer line. In order to protect my investment, Roto-Rooter recommended that I have the line camera scoped each year to monitor whether the roots were growing back into the sewer line. Technician Marcel arrived within a few days of my call to schedule the visit and completed the work quickly and efficiently. There was zero mess to clean up afterward. Marcel asked me to view the scopes TV like screen so I could see for myself the new root growth. I will need to schedule a follow up visit to clean out the line again and may need to do this each year to avoid an emergency blockage.

The technician that came out explained the problem that was causing my drain back up. I shouldn’t have to call a tech for this house again at all!

Had a sewer backup out towards the street that needed to be cleared out. The team at Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. Gio was sent out and was awesome as always (he has serviced our house before).
