It was like this company did fantastic work and then immediately ghosted me when I wanted to pay by phone. Why are you making it difficult for me to give you your well earned money?I asked this company out for an assessment/estimate after feeling somewhat underwhelmed by the first company i had asked to come out.Compared to that first company, Taylor from H20 Away was able to thoroughly describe the work that would be involved; the advantages of making an insurance claim vs. paying out of pocket, and was able to provide a thorough estimate at no additional cost, inviting me to ask any questions about the process at each step.I sincerely hope I dont need to have contractors over again for water damage to my home. But if and when I do, I will probably ask H20 Away first.

This is an excellent business with employees who are clearly dedicated in their work. My home unfortunately suffered some water damage in the laundry room and although I contacted H20 away late in the evening they were available within 45 minutes. The situation was quickly stabilized and the H20 team members carefully explained to me the process both on their end, and how to work with the insurance company. Following the initial stabilization efforts the team members were in direct communication with me about the next steps and what to expect. Throughout this mitigation process the two person team was extremely courteous and respectful of our situation and home. Although the situation was difficult, H20 ultimately helped to make it more tolerable and really provided us with great service.

The guys were very professional with their work. They explained everything they would be doing and completed the project quickly. They also took extra care in their preparation to make sure everything was covered to prevent any inadvertent damage to the floors and walls. These guys were amazing! The showed up within hours! And worked tirelessly for over a week until all water was cleaned up. H2O Away was very helpful. The staff was professional and keot me informed of what was going on every step of the way. The services they provided included removing insulation that was compromised, spraying dowm the inside to kill sirface mold, and puttimg in mew insulation. I called multiple organizations and they were the only ones to provide all those services. Other componies in the area wanted to charge me more and didnt provide any other service other than spraying the mold.I would recommend them to anyone.

H20Away was very communicative from the start! My room in the basement started leaking all of sudden so I was in panic mode for most of it. Getting in touch and getting some people to The house to inspect it was a stress free process. We were able to get out most of the water out of the carpet and the area where the leak was. The entire process took about a week and communication was simple and easy. H20Away was also a great middleman between me and my landlord who lives in different state which I appreciated. After a pipe Broke in our bathroom, I needed mitigation services to come in and clean things up as part of our insurance process with USAA. The boys from H2o Away were here immediately! They got on the phone with my insurance, took care of everything and all I had to do was sit there. This is a 10 star service! Little did we know a branch was impaled in the roof from a recent storm and was allowing water to enter the home. The water was travelling down the vaulted ceiling and pooling in previously mentioned areas. They work quickly, dilligently, and effectively. They could not have made this process easier for me the way they broke everything down in the simplest of terms. I am very thankful for Taylor and Dominic and all the hardwork they put in. I wouldnt choose anyone other than H20 Away for your mitigation needs!

Kevin showed up right away to inspect the extent of the damage. He placed protective covers on his shoes before entering the house. He explained everything as he was inspecting. He then told us when he would return for the next steps and was on time, professional, and courteous.When he returned to setup the mitigation plan, he explained everything he was going to do, how long it would take, and all the next steps.We unfortunately couldn’t finish with Kevin because of COVID-19. But his teammates were just as professional, courteous, and communicative.They were reasonably priced for the work they performed and the extent to which they ensured a dry space that used to be damaged by water!I would highly recommend the H2O Away Team for any water or fire damage mitigation you need!

Dominic and his team at H2O away are the best. I am a Realtor and I work with a lot of different trades in all things concerning homes. This company is among the best of the best in responsiveness, communication and taking control over a hectic situation. They work directly with your insurance company. One of my vacant listings had a valve burst on a toilet and it flooded half of the home for days. I am so thankful Peirce County Plumbing put me in touch with H2O away. They came out same day and got to work right away. The smell was awful when we opened the door. Within days they carpet up, drywall up and machines going and it was dry as a bone and no smell. Can not recommend this company enough.

Last winter we had a rainstorm that caused flooding in our basement. We called H20 Away and they were the fastest and nicest company we talked to out of a few. They came out and began mitigation. Due to their being overwhelmed with lots of local flood calls, their service was a bit haphazard and the communication with the then-manager was not so great. When they finally finished days later, they didnt remove the trash, let alone sweep the floor or move out our sandbags. They also did not go over the work done before leaving. This upset us because we knew that the floor was not properly nor evenly sanitized. We needed them to fix the issue, and apparently the then-manager has been fired. Even though it was months later (we had both been out of town for work/school), the owner (?) (Taylor?) came out and finished up removing debris, the sandbags, and then resanitized the floor (though perhaps not with the attention to detail I had hoped for). Overall this made the experience go from about a 1 star to the rated 4 stars because they made it right and are giving us a discount.

H2OAWAY is the best company i have ever hired! They will be there to help you very fast. They are covid minded and wear proper equipment. They are SO knowledgeable about EVERYTHING of their business.For me they did mold removal from walls and flooring, drying of walls and floor spraying of contaminate so it doesnt return. The bonus for me was they will handle your insurance claim.They will and do take ALL the time you will need with them explaining what needs to be done and how. .They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and at ease that this problem is in good hands.This is a VERY professional company and a fair price for their services. I called H2O Away for fire damage in an investment property and they immediately came out. I had another remediation company come out before them, and H2O Away’s estimate and evaluation proved to be much more detailed and thorough. The damage ended up being more extensive than I knew and they worked directly with my insurance company to make sure I was compensated and not responsible for the remediation.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly! They dealt with my small roof leak right away and even recommended a roofing guy that came out to look at our roof for free and found the source of the leak and fixed it and didnt charge me a penny! H20 away was knowledgeable on how to deal with my mystery leak and even found a mold spot up in my attic that they treated. It was a busy season for them and they worked with my needs as consistently as possible. Highly recommend these company! Fairly priced and since I was paying privately, they worked with me on my bill!

We had a flooding issue last month. Taylor and Don came out and were extremely professional and educational throughout the whole experience. They were able to work around our busy schedule and accommodate times that we’re not ideal for any business owner. I would highly recommend these guys for any flooding issues. They were extremely fast at getting the water out of our building as we were all trying to save equipment from being damaged. When it came time for the bill it was significantly less than what I was expecting for an emergency weekend visit.

They came out late Sunday night as soon as I called they got in their vehicles and drove to my house which was well over an hour away. They were Fair upfront they handled everything I literally just had to contact my insurance company and give them their information and they handled everything. I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in a bind like your children leaving on a faucet and flooding your upstairs 😂 I hope to never have to use their services again but if I ever find myself in a situation that requires water mitigation they would be my only call!

H2O Away is amazing!!I I called and left a message regarding a leak we had from our roof down thru our bathroom ceiling. Taylor and Dominic were out the next day to check out the situation. Since the leak wasnt a big project and they were extremely busy I wasnt sure if theyd want to bother with mine but they said no matter how small theyd work on it. Friendly, Fast Response & Fabulous Work!!We were panic-stricken when our crawl space flooded, and the small pump we had was WAY inadequate. I found H2OAway online and WOW. Fast, friendly response. “Yes, our person will call you within 15min” “Yes, I can be there in less than 2 hours” We were kinda shocked (-; Taylor was SUCH a godsend. He was smart, knew what he was doing and gave a reasonable estimate. Then he said he’d been up since midnight but he would come BACK to pump it out in a couple of hours!! He returned with another guy, and they pumped til almost 10pm. Did a great job. Thank you immensely!

After contacting H2O Away about a water leak, they sent out a team member that night, less then an hour after I called. The mitigation started the next day! Fortunately, the leak was minor, as was the damage, but their response time and quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them...ask for Taylor!
