Two individuals, Barry Brown and Mackenzie McNeal, made us feel welcome and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. The price was fair and the facilities are wonderful. I have worked with Thunder Bay for 4 years as a tenant and I have been extremely happy with the quality of supervision that they offer. They have always been prompt in responding to concerns, there is always someone available to speak to if we have questions, and I feel that they have always resolved issues in a fair way. The property is maintained very nicely, and I’m especially happy that they are careful about safety when the walkways and parking lot get icy. The appearance and aesthetic of the property are very important to me and my clients, and I am always pleased with how it is landscaped and cleaned. We rarely have any significant problems, but when we do it is always dealt with politely, in a timely fashion, and completely. I plan to continue to work with Thunder Bay for many years to come.

Thunderbay is an amazing company to lease from. The buildings are always kept up and look amazing. The management is wonderful and attentive. They are always willing to help and make your leasing experience the best it can be. If you are looking to lease space I would 110% recommend checking them out!

I highly recommend ThunderBay Management! Mackenzie is amazing and responsive anytime we have ever needed anything! We have had to do quite a bit of remodeling and moving at my work due to changes in the business. Each time we have contacted Barry, he has made sure the office space fit what we needed with exceptional detail and in a timely fashion. If we ever need anything they are always quick to respond and resolve. Not to mention the friendly, personable touch is a MAJOR PLUS!

ThunderBay is great! I have been working with them for 4 yrs now. Mackenzie is personable, and responds promptly. Barry is amazing he is very responsive, and takes care of any issues in a timely manner. Barry also checks in regularly with everyone.

Ive been working in 3025 Limited Ln NW for almost a year now, and the team at ThunderBay is on top of their stuff. We had a fridge break, Barry and Mackenzie got it fixed ASAP. Our dishwasher broke, the put a new one in within the week. Barry has gone above and beyond taking care of anything that has come up. These are good people. Thank you for what you all do.
