My home is compact and my needs are straightforward: hardwood and carpeted floors; upholstered furniture, two bathrooms, light surface dusting. They usually finish in about an hour and have been cleaning for me for over five years.

The American Maid team has been cleaning our house weekly for more than a year. The fact that they are a team makes them efficient and reliable. We had difficulties in the past with individuals working alone having to cancel at the last minute or frequently rescheduling. We have never had this issue with American Maid. They always call to tell us about what time they will arrive, and are in and out within 1-2 hours. They do a thorough job cleaning and will customize to your needs. Their prices are competitive. They are socially conscious, with monthly fundraiser drives. They have special offers every week but we have not taken them up on these extras. Finally, all the team members have been great with our dog(s)! I would highly recommend them.Update: The team is still doing a fabulous job. Team coach Christina and her team including Jessica and Jessie have consistently cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. They are very reliable.

There is nothing better than coming home on a long day after work to a clean, organized, and fresh home! Audrey is our Team Leader and she does a tremendous job cleaning our home along with the rest of the team. I always feel like our home is well taken care of and they do a very thorough job. They have been very careful with our cats in the home which was a concern I had prior to hiring them. They bring in packages if they see them. Ive never had any issues with American Maid and am happy to have found them. Worth every penny and makes my life easier!

Ive been using American Maid for at least a year and am very happy with their service. The team that cleans our home always does a good job. My kids always rush to their rooms because they love seeing how there beds were made that day with their stuffed animals. Ive not had any complaints and highly recommend them, theyre great!

The team of ladies that came to our house yesterday did an absolutely superb job!! Our glass stove top and oven have not looked this good since we bought it years ago. And the marks are gone out of kitchen sink which I thought we were just stuck with those marks. We also can not thank you enough for the magic you worked in the bathrooms with shower doors and watermarks on a black toilet!! We have had American Maids for the past 4 years, or more, and just love them. Our regular Lead is Carol, and she makes sure her team follows the instructions for our home and that the little things we want done are. The biggest plus is that with their team concept, they are in and out in under an hour. The are all very professional and we trust them to leave them in our home while we take off to get breakfast or exercise, when we come back the house is locked up and perfect. The whole group of maids both female and male are polite and through. We had a different crew today headed up by Franky, with a new young man Parker, and Heather a regular, and again, even though they dont do our house regularly the information sheet they have on our requirements assure us of getting the same quality job each time. We would recommend them to any and everyone.

I have been a customer for about two years. I LOVE American Maid. Carol and Franky are amazing. My home is safe and clean each week. Carols team has been an integral part of keeping this mom of five sane.

I had 4 people spend two 12 hour days cleaning my house before American Maid Cleaning showed up. We cleaned the entire house except for two bathtubs, master shower, oven, and downstairs wooden floors. I had also just finished painting the entire house. After the cleaning service was complete, I walked throughout the house and noticed 2 out of 4 sinks had womens hair in them that wasnt there before. The bathroom doors had what looked like cleaning spray on them (I had cleaned every door prior to their service), the kitchen counted had two grease/water puddles on it from where they had cleaned the oven racks, and there were several scuff marks on the newly painted walls. The irritating part is they charged $285 to clean a few areas, yet at the same time dirty others. After this experience, I will never pay anyone to clean again.

The maids are eager to work and complete their specific chores in a timely fashion. They are very pleasant and flexible and do a very nice job.

My husband and I are on Active Duty, stationed at JBLM and we are about to deploy. American Maid quoted us between $275-$375 for a move-out cleaning. They arrived at our house in the morning and then a few hours into the cleaning, they called us and informed us that the price would actually be about $540 with our military discount. So we had them stop and now we owe them $375 for the PARTIAL cleaning of the following areas: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage and front porch. Unbelievable. We spoke with the manager and she said although she can hear what we are saying, there is nothing she can do. So even though they offer free quotes, theyll show up and work long enough so that you owe them the MAXIMUM they quoted you and then call you and let you know that youre going to owe them a lot more if they finish the job. I dont even know what to do now.

I have to give a one star review. To start off with we were referred by a friend and the cleaning staff did a great job. But the office staff. One they flat out lied to me and then when I caught them in a lie then they started back pedaling. The price difference was $35 more for us than the people who referred them to us. Since then they raised the amount of the people who referred them to us. One clear sign of a deceptive business is American Maids dont like customers talking about their pricing. I was told this by American Maid office staff. Buyer beware. Also just got my bill from them for the initial cleaning of an 1100 square foot space. $348. We didnt have them clean the whole house either. Its like Im paying for the repercussions of catching them in a lie. Buyer beware again.

My Grandma doesnt have internet so Im posting what she asked me to write. Chelly does a really good job on bathrooms and kitchens. Jessica is a whiz at vacuuming and Audrey ties it all together and makes sure its right. Im so glad they clean for me ~Sami
